So when I first got there I was excited to try duchess but when I went to order the drive through machine was broken the signs were half on the signs hanging off I waited for 20 minutes nothing seemed to be working so I went to leave and got stuck in the Drive-Thru because there's only one way through and even though I didn't order anything because their thing was broken I had to wait in line for 35 minutes each while the 2 people got their food like put sum money into yours restaurant and fix your drive through also make it so that people can get out if they don't order food Experience I'd give it a a 0 out of 10 I will be trying the food and rateing that

First visit since we left almost 20 years ago. Clean, great service and the breakfast sandwiches were just as good as back in the day! It can be a little tight if busy, but the food is always worth it. Duchess is one of the things missed most when you move away. Duchess is on the must visit list when we are able to visit!

I have loved Duchess restaurants my entire life... until moving to Naugatuck and experiencing this one. Staff is always wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The food is terrible. I try it from time to time ove rthe years, but it's consistently bad. Fries and onion rings taste like they're fried in months-old oil. Everything just tastes "off" somehow compared to the restaurants in Ansonia, Shelton and Orange. I'm a huge fan of the buns and rolls their sandwiches come on, but I've had a few instances where they were stale and hard. The food repeats on me for hours after eating it, something I've never experienced at other Duchess' I've been to.

Absolutely the best Duchess around!!! the employees and especially the manager are the sweetest and most caring individuals. I am muslim so my food cannot touch bacon and they always gladly change their gloves for me. It always makes my day how sweet and smiley they are. Y’all are the best for real!
