I love this location but was pretty disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Over all I still like this location, it’s Labor Day weekend so I know it’s busy and appreciate the workers but today just wasn’t the day

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location with Natasha. When I requested no foam on my drink, she snapped over the microphone saying, “There’s no foam.” However, when I received my drink, half of the cup was filled with foam.
When I showed her while emptying it out, she began raising her voice and told me, “That’s what happens when they warm the milk.” I tried to explain that this is exactly why I had requested no foam in the first place. Instead of addressing my concern politely, she continued to argue with me with a very unprofessional attitude.
After going back and forth, she finally remade my drink correctly, but the entire interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant. I expect better customer service, especially when politely requesting something simple.

I’ve worked at Dunkin before, so I know what good customer service looks like…and this wasn’t it. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted with a flat “What would you like?” that was hard to even hear. The interaction at the window wasn’t much better, with an attitude that was honestly disturbing. This location can and should do better.

What is wrong with this place? NEVER had a problem until recently. I asked for less ice in my coffee and they wanted to charge me more money. I BELIEVE an iced coffee cost more than a regular coffee correct? I am paying for the coffee regardless. I'm sorry D&D, you lost a customer.

Every time I go there everyone is always smiling and cheerful, my orders are always right and everyone is always nice. The employees always have good attitudes. I go there 4x a week after work and they always brighten my day a little bit
Can you guys stop cooking everything in the oven all at once?? My hash browns are almost always undercooked and my bagel is always chewy because it’s always getting “toasted” in the oven. Coffee is always good though, don’t change a thing with that.

Younger Spanish girl on the drive thru speaker needs to be taught how to talk to customers, she was so rude- no way manny would approve of that- we said “hello how are you” 3 times because we thought she didn’t hear us. Idk what is going on with younger people working and their attitudes but it’s absolutely disgusting…. Refused to make our drink we wanted even though we order it almost every other day…. LAZY!!!!
NO WAY MANNY WOULD EVER APPROVE OF THAT ROTTEN BEHAVIOR - check the cameras! 5:15pm ishhh

Ordered a plain bagel with xtra butter not toasted got a stale bagel with almost no butter and they charged me an xtra dollar for the butter.You should be ashamed that your employees can't complete a simple task as a plain bagel with xtra butter

I never feel the need to leave reviews but yesterday was an exception. I’ve never had a problem with dunkin ever. But the girl working the drive thru yesterday later in the day did not say a word to me, was clearly pissed off at something else (maybe the woman in front of me who was there for quite a while, not sure what was going on). Normally when I pay they already have the coffee ready. This girl walked away for a long while, came back, handed me my coffee and did not say a word even after I thanked her. When I went to take a sip, it tasted like straight up liquid soap. Had someone else try it because I felt like I was going crazy and they agreed. Dunkin on rubber ave gave me a new one. Super weird experience.

I travel all over CT for work and received the wrong drink from a different location. Instead of making it over this store refused and said I’d have to at for a new one. This happens every time I use my free dunkin drink and I’m getting sick of it. I used to be a store manager at Dunkin’ so I know they can remake it. They just choose to be a holes which is ok. The dunkin in Middletown remade it with no problem and apologized for both stores!
