I love this location but was pretty disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Every time I go there everyone is always smiling and cheerful, my orders are always right and everyone is always nice. The employees always have good attitudes. I go there 4x a week after work and they always brighten my day a little bit
Can you guys stop cooking everything in the oven all at once?? My hash browns are almost always undercooked and my bagel is always chewy because it’s always getting “toasted” in the oven. Coffee is always good though, don’t change a thing with that.
