I just ordered three jelly sticks and 3/4 of the donut didn't have any jelly in it just the last two bites SMH what's wrong with the quality control in Naugatuck?

This is the closest dunkin near me, unfortunately they choose to hire very rude people who don’t like their job. Its mostly the cashiers men inside, the cashier at drive through is always a sweetheart. Food is lack luster at most. Its really not balanced here, one minute its good next its not good.

This third time happen here. I ordered medium macha no ice. They give me half empty macha. You guys charge almost 6 dollar.they said no ice means half only drink it means we pay for 3 dollar ice.before that two time when i order regular late they give me one third empty fill with lot of foam i did not ordered capachino. If you visit these place check your order and quantity. I am done with these place. No more visit. Manager is not good for customers services and rude with complain. Be ware guys. red flag for these location.

Ordered a wake up wrap and 6pc hash brown. The flour tortilla on the wrap was dry and hard. The wrap was room temperature, not appetizing at all. The hash browns weren’t fresh either. This has been a pattern when ordering the same items recently. I have no plans on returning back anytime soon.

They always forget to put the bacon on my avocado toast, which is pretty annoying but not that serious. It just sucks that I have to always open it and check it now before I leave.

They used to be my favorite Dunkin now everytime I go there even if it’s slow they mess up my order. They forget something . They make my coffee wrong almost every time and it’s frustrating. I have had to go back multiple times to get something fixed.

Every hot coffee I get from here, there's always a 1.5-2.0 inch gap at the top, and I'm not asking for whipped cream or anything like that (and they aren't putting it in there)... they're little skimming/scamming customers!!!!

This is the Dunkin donuts close by me and I have been coming for a while now and always have issues and this is why the surveys are in place . Today they told me they can't serve me anymore since there is always a issue as he messed up my order and had to re make the coffee again. At 830 in the morning on my way in to work everyday so ya I guess I'll stop at a different location but this is honestly how they handled there mistakes one after another they tell a paying customer not to come in because we can't please you. this is the saddest thing I have ever witnessed shame on this location! Basically don't do the surveys unless they're going to get good ratings
This dunkin is a hit or miss depending on who is working, I ordered a coffee roll on the app, after 10 minutes I asked the employee where my coffee roll is, and he looked for one but believe it or not they didn't have any damn coffee rolls, so they just said they can substitute it for a donut and called it a day, count your days dunkin

Highway rest stop prices, and it's run by children who don't literally know how to do business. I suspect one of the stoned teens is keeping all the munchkins for his head stash
