How can you move down the street and completely change for the worse? Customer service is awful. Walked out twice as no one was taking orders inside at all. They would look over but never come over LOL The third time after 6 minutes of standing there someone asked if I was being helped. Outside is ridiculous - 2 long lines going into 1 and no one knows who is supposed to drive next lol The location is terrible. No one on Bridge street will let you turn in or turn out. A stop sign is needed on Bridge street. I switched to the Prospect Dunkin. Always the best one!!!!!!

The new building is good, but the food is not what we are used to :( First I was given a drink with the wrong choice of milk, they said they changed it to the one we asked for, however it tasted the same so not sure if they did change it. Then I got a hot matcha which was mostly just milk, it was not even tinted with the green color of matcha, you can see in the picture that that is not the usual color of a matcha! it tasted like milk and nothing else!! The service wasn’t good, I showed my QR for the points in the app and they didn’t know what to do with it, they scanned it but they didn’t give me any points after purchasing everything. The only thing that was good was the sausage egg and cheese. The people who work there should get more training specially in drinks! Waste of money and time :(

New spot is beautiful. Customer service has gone down though. First time I went i waited forever because they forgot I ordered a bagel with my drinks. No big deal. But every time I go it's been something. One girl spends the whole time on video call with her friend. The coffee isn't consistent. i.e. Frozen coffee is very dark and bitter. Try to reorder and it was the same thing. Maybe some more training and a little more time for the new employees to get the hang of it. But I had to switch to a further location since I was throwing away food and money.

Don't know why people are already view bombing the new building but I got to say the employees are very nice and friendly was a little disappointed though that it wasn't any bigger than the old location I ordered a mocha iced coffee and they got it out lickety split no problems

Nice dunkin donuts but a bad area to get in and out of especially right near a traffic light .Not very good planing. A lot of traffic there certain times of the day .

The place looks great new but I think they should have invested in customer service training and proper work attire. Not sure why employees can be at work and video chat friends at the same time?
