New spot is beautiful. Customer service has gone down though. First time I went i waited forever because they forgot I ordered a bagel with my drinks. No big deal. But every time I go it's been something. One girl spends the whole time on video call with her friend. The coffee isn't consistent. i.e. Frozen coffee is very dark and bitter. Try to reorder and it was the same thing. Maybe some more training and a little more time for the new employees to get the hang...
Don't know why people are already view bombing the new building but I got to say the employees are very nice and friendly was a little disappointed though that it wasn't any bigger than the old location I ordered a mocha iced coffee and they got it out lickety split no problems
