Terrible. There was a skinny white blonde girl there, forgot her name. And she was so so rude and was just so miserable. We ordered 2 coffees and one with oatmilk(said multiple times) and once we got the coffees she made it with whole milk. So we said, “this was supposed to be with oatmilk.” She just looked at us like we were stupid and told the guy to make us another one and charged us for 3 coffees.. It’s her fault it was made wrong, and she should not have charged us for 3 coffees because she made it wrong. So rude and I was just astonished.

Just came home with our DD order, to find this. Why??? Just why??? Never should you put munchkins with other food, specially a donut that is frosted, and the frosting is going ti get all over the munchkins. I don’t think DD is short on bags or struggling to purchase supplies.Avoiding the simple task of bagging separately seems to me like laziness…and that is not good customer service.
