Ordered takeout and they completely forgot my salad Went back and my boyfriend went in and the person working said that the strawberries were bad so they couldn't make the salad Sooo instead of calling to tell us that they completely left the salad out and we had to drive an extra 10 min there and 10 min back just to wait another 10 min for a salad to be remade. Not leaving 1 star because they added chicken to my salad at no cost and everyone else's food was okay. We asked if we could grab a free dessert for the inconvenience and the manager said no because we used a coupon on the order It was someone else in the family that ordered the food and used the coupon and then WE had to deal with going back and the inconvenience Haven't ate in so can't speak on that, but won't order take out again

Lindsey was the best, super friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, 15 minutes after I finished eating I started getting awful stomach pains and threw up soon after. It was the New England clam chowder I had; my fiancé didn’t get sick from his cheeseburger. Service was stellar, 10/10. Too bad the food made me sick, only getting ice cream from friendlys from now on.
One of my Mom's favorite restaurants was Friendly's in Danbury Ct. She passed 12 years ago and every year on her birthday we go to Friendlys. We really miss the Friendlys in Danbury.
Not the way I remember it. Friendly's was always a great place but has seriously gone downhill over the years. Between slow service, which I do understand, up until lack of service and poor quality food. It's just not what it used to be. I feel bad because it used to be a great place but these days, not so much. Guess I'll be trying the Bristol or Southington locations from now on
