This KfC is pure chaos . I feel sorry for the manager I think she’s trying but it’s a hot mess . One night I ordered chicken and they had me wait in the side of the building until It was ready. They said they would call me. I was there almost 15 minutes waiting for chicken and then they remembered and came over and flagged me over after serving seven other customers. Don’t even think about making mobile orders here with the app as well .your food will never be ready when the app says “ it’s ready”you’ll go in there and I’ll tell you to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for your chicken to be done. The nail in the coffin also is There’s just a bunch of kids running the operation And it appears to be an overworked manager.

Love this place and as a trucker it's always good to have a little parking as well without being hassled my favorite is the famous bowl I love that mannnnnn

The staff is friendly, but the food makes me feel terrible every time. I’ll enjoy it at first, and progressively feel worse toward the end of my meal. I keep telling my coworkers to stop letting me get food there, and somehow when I’m desperate maybe once a month (I currently work locally) I go there and seem to regret it every single time. Maybe it’s the grease. , and I’ve had quite a variety, usually cannot find myself finishing the small portion I order because something doesn’t feel right when I eat KFC. Maybe my body just doesn’t agree with it, but there has not been one time that I recall I had food from there and felt that both my mind and stomach were agreeing with the decision to eat there.
I wish the business and staff the best but I’m giving up. :/

My family hasn’t had KFC for a few years. Till today. Service was fantastic. Downhill from there. 12 piece meal… chicken was undercooked and gamey tasting, mashed potatoes were brown, coleslaw nowhere near what it used to be, gravy, rolls, fries okay. Awful meal. Ended up throwing everything out. Doesn’t deserve 1 star but needed it to leave review.

After a disappointing mishap with Popeyes, we decided to try this kfc agai,. With previous experiences being less than acceptable. But To our surprise the food wasn’t terrible this time. They did however, get almost our whole order wrong. But okay mistakes happen. But we ordered off the app & understand technology sucks. We sucked it up and ate the food given to us, HOWEVER, we ordered 1 Diet Pepsi & one starry to which they handed us 2 Regular Pepsi’s. This is a real problem for a diabetic. But even aside from that.. wtf is in the bottom of my cup? There was more than that. seems like the soda machine isn’t working properly because I got big gulps of sugary syrup in what was supposed to be a diet soda..

Food does not taste good. Ordered a 2 crispy chicken meal. Chicken was not crispy. Amd it smelled. Threw it away.

Came here tonight 8/31/24 to grab dinner in the DT. Literally as my partner and I pulled up to the window, we see the bag of food tossed at the window. Like the person literally threw the bag, I told the woman at the window never mind cause clearly if that’s how they handle food imagine the prep. Steer

My husband and I went for a late lunch. I had the 8 piece chicken nuggets w/ French fries. It was absolutely disgusting. The French fries had been sitting around and were barely lukewarm and hard. The chicken nuggets weren't nuggets. They were uneven chunks of chicken which were no bigger than my fingernail. The dipping sauce container looked 3 times bigger than the nugget. I can't believe KFC would put out such a substandard product like this and expect a customer to be remotely happy, let along satisfied. My husband's side to his 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes an gravy was a chalky texture and flavorless. The chicken seemed smaller than we are used to having at KFC. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed iof themselves for presenting this poor quality of food put out to be sold. The pictures on the wall does not represent the size, shape nor quality that we experienced today. We will NEVER be back at this KFC again!!

I am blown away by the customer service by one of the staff members there. I came in about 2:30pm today, and ordered a large chicken family meal. The lady in the restaurant was exceptional, she was the only one up front running back and forth between drive thru and the front counter. And the entire time she was always smiling and very friendly even through the stress. 100% she needs a raise!!!!

This place just keeps finding more ways to get worse. The chicken tenders are average at best. Cole slaw tastes like it's sitting in white glue & the soda is watery. I've tried other sides & they're as bad as the Cole slaw. The chicken quality and taste has declined throughout the last few years
