Don’t place drive through orders here!!! This store cannot handle drive through orders. They always make you wait at the lot for drive through orders. There’s another KFC at Waterbury a few minutes away. Order there.

I call ahead... 2 pot pies and I'll be there in 25-30 minutes. OK we'll have them for you ! I pull up to the drive thru, tell'em 2 pot pies. Pull right up honey I have them waiting for ya ! OK thanks ! I pay and they say have a good night hun ! I'm eating a delicious chicken pot pie a few minutes later ! Yummy 😋! This has happened multiple times ! Thank you ! Keep up the good work and keep delivering delicious food and I'll keep coming back 😋 !

We came in tonight and stood on line inside for 25 minutes. We placed an order for two people and they said they needed to cook tenders. They said it would take 6 minutes, it actually took 20 minutes. Finally we asked for a refund. When we complained, she said it's not our fault we can't cook chicken that fast. I think they would get the notion that they shouldn't wait until chicken runs out and they should keep on cooking chicken so they do not run out. People walked in and out, customer service was horrible. All they were interested in serving was the drive-thru and online orders. Very poor management if any. We definitely will not be back to this one

Never thought I would have to fight for what I already paid for. Ordered from the kfc app. I was told they no longer have the waffles i ordered in app. I was offered 2 biscuits which I already had on my order. I asked for wedges instead of biscuits, which are 50 cents less and I was told no. Then I was told to cancel my order. My card was charged and there was no way to cancel. Thanks for making my life as difficult as possible. Please learn how to treat your customers. Shame on you.

This KfC is pure chaos . I feel sorry for the manager I think she’s trying but it’s a hot mess . One night I ordered chicken and they had me wait in the side of the building until It was ready. They said they would call me. I was there almost 15 minutes waiting for chicken and then they remembered and came over and flagged me over after serving seven other customers. Don’t even think about making mobile orders here with the app as well .your food will never be ready when the app says “ it’s ready”you’ll go in there and I’ll tell you to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for your chicken to be done. The nail in the coffin also is There’s just a bunch of kids running the operation And it appears to be an overworked manager.

Love this place and as a trucker it's always good to have a little parking as well without being hassled my favorite is the famous bowl I love that mannnnnn

The staff is friendly, but the food makes me feel terrible every time. I’ll enjoy it at first, and progressively feel worse toward the end of my meal. I keep telling my coworkers to stop letting me get food there, and somehow when I’m desperate maybe once a month (I currently work locally) I go there and seem to regret it every single time. Maybe it’s the grease. , and I’ve had quite a variety, usually cannot find myself finishing the small portion I order because something doesn’t feel right when I eat KFC. Maybe my body just doesn’t agree with it, but there has not been one time that I recall I had food from there and felt that both my mind and stomach were agreeing with the decision to eat there.
I wish the business and staff the best but I’m giving up. :/

My family hasn’t had KFC for a few years. Till today. Service was fantastic. Downhill from there. 12 piece meal… chicken was undercooked and gamey tasting, mashed potatoes were brown, coleslaw nowhere near what it used to be, gravy, rolls, fries okay. Awful meal. Ended up throwing everything out. Doesn’t deserve 1 star but needed it to leave review.
After a disappointing mishap with Popeyes, we decided to try this kfc agai,. With previous experiences being less than acceptable. But To our surprise the food wasn’t terrible this time. They did however, get almost our whole order wrong. But okay mistakes happen. But we ordered off the app & understand technology sucks. We sucked it up and ate the food given to us, HOWEVER, we ordered 1 Diet Pepsi & one starry to which they handed us 2 Regular Pepsi’s. This is a real problem for a diabetic. But even aside from that.. wtf is in the bottom of my cup? There was more than that. seems like the soda machine isn’t working properly because I got big gulps of sugary syrup in what was supposed to be a diet soda..
