Food is top tier however, They can’t handle the crowd and they set unrealistic pickup times. I ordered a tiny sub $40 order small pizza and a egg roll app. Was told 1 HOUR. I arrived 1 hour after ordering paid and gave my name, then proceeded to wait an ADDITIONAL HOUR for a small damn pizza and some egg rolls. If i knew it was going to take this long I would not have ordered and if they told me when I paid I was going to wait another hour I would not have paid. I felt like they kept me hostage there. then to make it even worse, the damn eggrolls were sitting in the hotbox the whole time probably over an hour they were waiting to make the stupid small pizza so when he finally calls my name, he comes up with a pizza and then goes in the hot box and grab a bag of cold egg rolls I’m sorry, but one review from Dave Portnoy doesn’t make you great. This place sucks tonight of course the kid that ordered 15 pizzas walked right in and waited about three minutes. Unbelievable.. UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS DONT GO THERE WHEN THEY ARE BUSY

Great pizza at a reasonable price! They also run plenty of deal offers and have a rather extensive menu to offer. I can only speak for the pizza, which is a great wood-fired local option!

Lunas is consistently good which is hard to find. We go there pretty often and never have issues with the pizza or sides. Way better than his brothers spot, fuoco. We’ll have to try the other brother soon

I was in town visiting family and decided to give it a try because I had seen “ The pizza guy “ review…. I was extremely disappointed with this pizza! I ordered the margarita pizza, the tomatoes were cut in little pieces, the mozzarella was burnt, crust was burnt and it was covered in garlic. I also ordered the sausage pizza, there was barely any sausage and again it was burnt! Did I mention they lacked sauce and were DRY! The total for two large pizzas was $65!!! This place is overrated and overpriced, next time I’ll go to New Haven. I certainly won’t be back.

Everything i had was 10/10.
Only complaint would be the parking area is so tiny, it's practically non existent.
First time trying Luna via delivery & WOW! We got the Margarita Detroit style & the Gorgonzola Chicken. My boyfriend & I were very impressed. Everything smelt & tasted wonderful. Ordering & delivery was quick & easy. We can't wait to try the other types of pizza you have!!! 😄
