worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever gone too. everytime i go there they somehow mess something up, wether it’s giving me the correct food, or not even giving me the food I ordered or not using my code, horrible register service place is awful

This McDonald's is horrible.The management sucks and they can't get anything right.Have you waiting forever just to mess up your order.This is not fast food,you will be waiting a very long time for a simple order.On top of it noone speaks or understands English.

Thanks for completely ignoring my daughter and me as we stood at the register for 5 minutes and two employees just helped drive up people. Employee walked passed us twice to bring food out to the drive up, obviously not enough help hired. Will not go back to the location.

there closed at 7pm tonight aug 25 for renovation fyi there idoits no BBQ sauce no sweet and sour sauce. mangler disent know How to order inventory. I was doing it for at the order menu.Or at the first take out window.They don't have screen shower or barbecue sauce.After ordering a 20 piece chicken nuggets.They were all dried out.I had to go to the other mcdonald's in naugatuck to get sweet and sour or barbecue sauce. The paper signs are not a good example The paper signs on the drive through window in the door very visible. Barely visible can't see them. Not very business like hand written taped 2 things. You should have caught it above and put a sign out front.That was more professional saying under construction.

Miserable people that clearly don’t want to be there and certainly show it. The woman at the window tonight didn’t acknowledge our presence nor say a word after multiple thank yous and have a good night. McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food, but even if you don’t like working there, fake it. I understand what to expect at McDonald’s, but this group couldn’t be more unpleasant and unwelcoming.
