It’s incredible how every single time I come to this McDonald’s they never seem to have fresh food. Every single thing on the menu is literally cold and disgusting, management should definitely look into this night crew this is ridiculous. 100% unacceptable

This place has the worst employees..the order is always wrong then you complain yo the manager who walked away amd said ok ill tell them. Which I thought was very unprofessional seems as if I was interrupting her day. Get rid of all those employees and hire well liked professional people who like tbere job!!!!

Cold food, hard burger buns, missing sauces, soggy happy meal box bottom (fries dumped into box, pushing through the soggy bottom). Keep giving this place different attempts, thinking each time they’ll get better. Employees are friendly but clearly don’t have any desire to be there or do what they are paid to do in any sort of proficient manner. Been to a McDonald’s in Kuwait that was even better than this.. go to the New Haven rd one. This one is definitely the late night last resort kind…

25 minutes for a cheeseburger chicken sandwich on sm soda.The woman behind the counter looked as she wanted to be somewhere else. 1 person actually working. Not to mention not a word of English, but that's not surprising in Connecticut. Also. It's 12:00 on Labor Day and no one was in there or the drive through.
It's your typical McDonald's, not great but clean and the service is friendly enough.

This McDonald's is horrible.The management sucks and they can't get anything right.Have you waiting forever just to mess up your order.This is not fast food,you will be waiting a very long time for a simple order.On top of it noone speaks or understands English.

Thanks for completely ignoring my daughter and me as we stood at the register for 5 minutes and two employees just helped drive up people. Employee walked passed us twice to bring food out to the drive up, obviously not enough help hired. Will not go back to the location.
