Horrible customer service I went and that restaurant and waited for my order. 30 minutes. I kept asking Lady where’s my food? She kept ignoring me when she finally gave me attention. She sat my food was picked up already and I was the one picking up. They are the worst customer service long story short make sure they have your order correct because they will mess it all up. I won’t never go back to this restaurant

I tried New Moon tonight and me and my girlfriend didn’t like the taste of the food at all. We had fried chicken wings and fried rice with chicken tenders. The food had a weird taste to it, we asked for smaller chicken wings and they still gave us the big pieces of wings, and we asked for light onions and they gave us a lot of onions in our fried rice. The tenders was very chewy and seemed not done and we asked for well done wings and tenders. We will not be ordering again at this Chinese restaurant ever again.

BEWARE!!! Make sure you double check what you are told the total is & what your card is actually being charged. Several times now we have been told one price over the phone and then charged more in person. It's never been disclosed to us we were being charged a fee, last time we were charged $1.50 and this time almost $3 more. This is ILLEGAL.
Connecticut law as amended by Sec. 28 of Public Act 24-142 prohibits a business from charging a customer a surcharge, which is any additional charge or fee for using one payment type (usually credit card) over another payment type (usually cash).

Our orders are for delivery. The food is excellent as well as service, accommodation of special requests, and delivery time of orders. Highly recommend New Moon for Naugatuck. Never have been disappointed.

Absolutely love this place! Great spot for classic American-Chinese takeout. The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. I usually get the General Tso’s Chicken and pork fried rice—both are consistently delicious. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the service is super quick. Definitely my go-to for takeout in the area!

I ordered food. First a young lady couldn't understand me and hung up on me. Phone was unavailable for 2 minutes. Then called again and a older woman picked up took my order and still was incapable of understanding an address. Took my order. Brought it to me and it was wrong. Called back to let them know and said a manager would call me back and hung up after I asked excuse me? The manager called back and said someone would bring the right food. I have been waiting 40 minutes. No one has brought anything back.
