Always doing something Ron take like three hours deliver the food they mixed food to they never bring the exactly order how you order it bad reviews
My son ordered his meal and paid $$ when he got his order delivered it was the wrong order. He has been calling to have this mix up fixed but the people at this restaurant keep telling him he has to speak with the boss. They hang up and now laugh when they answer and hang up. This is poor customer service and we pray they do not keep getting away with these practices! Im so sad because we have been customers for years. Now our families and friends have told us they had the same issues. Not Good New Moon NOT GOOD! We will be calling the bank to fight the charges as services were not rendered

My fiancé ordered two combos online and stood in there for over an hour waiting with a group of other customers before giving up and walking out.

This is the worse food I have ever eaten. , needless to say waited an hour and half for delivery!
Order took over an hour and a half to come and when I called after a hour they said they were a block away. My second call at an hour and 15 minutes they still said they weee a block away. I then told them to cancel my order they tried keeping me on the phone and called me back three times so I had to block their number and shoo the driver away when he finally got to our house. Last time, no thanks.
Ordered take out, estimated delivery was 45 minutes and it took almost two hours. When it arrived my food was barely warm, nevermind hot. I ordered it spicy and it wasn’t even close. The chicken tasted like it was either stored or cooked in a damp basement. The rice was the saving grace and even that was subpar.

I literally ordered from this place, maybe a couple of months ago and to be honest with you when I move here to Naugatuck. I was a little bit concerned because I used to live in Ansonia and I used to order from Easton bistro and they’re the best. I just gotta say their food is delicious and I will never trade them for anything so since I moved to Naugatuck. I was really afraid to try any restaurant in this town so I’ve been ordering from this restaurant ever since because their food was delicious and I’m talking about was delicious. The food no longer taste good anymore. I noticed that twice in a row I ordered from them and I don’t order all the time because Chinese food is not good to eat all the time So both times did I order from them for some reason the rice taste like it’s raw like it’s kinda hard it’s not even tender the chicken wings they taste weird they don’t even taste like chicken wings. The soup didn’t taste like wonton soup. It tasted like it was hard and stale so every time I wanna order Chinese food I think about I’m not gonna order from them anymore because in the beginning, it was delicious and now the food doesn’t taste fresh at all. I don’t know if they change owners. I don’t know if it’s new owners but the old owners they were there before they were really good and making the food and I feel like it’s in a new management and this restaurant I’m sorry to say I don’t mean to be mean but I’m not gonna be ordering from you guys any longer.

Horrible customer service I went and that restaurant and waited for my order. 30 minutes. I kept asking Lady where’s my food? She kept ignoring me when she finally gave me attention. She sat my food was picked up already and I was the one picking up. They are the worst customer service long story short make sure they have your order correct because they will mess it all up. I won’t never go back to this restaurant
I tried New Moon tonight and me and my girlfriend didn’t like the taste of the food at all. We had fried chicken wings and fried rice with chicken tenders. The food had a weird taste to it, we asked for smaller chicken wings and they still gave us the big pieces of wings, and we asked for light onions and they gave us a lot of onions in our fried rice. The tenders was very chewy and seemed not done and we asked for well done wings and tenders. We will not be ordering again at this Chinese restaurant ever again.

BEWARE!!! Make sure you double check what you are told the total is & what your card is actually being charged. Several times now we have been told one price over the phone and then charged more in person. It's never been disclosed to us we were being charged a fee, last time we were charged $1.50 and this time almost $3 more. This is ILLEGAL.

The chicken wings fried to perfection reliable for a good tasting dinner however I look forward to a fortune cookie after getting Chinese take out and disappointed in the fact they never give them out
