Placed mobile order for drive thru pickup. Once I got to the drive-thru window I had to wait 10 minutes before I was told to drive to the pickup window. Chicken tenders are mediocre in flavor. The coleslaw & biscuit are horrible tasting. & They can't even get the soda right as it was watery. I'll never return & do not recommend Popeyes

The food here is disgusting I use to always come here but now I won’t they never have anything , the coleslaw be tasting horrible it tastes expired , the biscuits I got today with my order had a funny taste the man at the window also had a nasty attitude I will never come back this place is just gross

Tried to order the blacken tenders, & I understand they need to be cooked to order so we anticipate waiting. However, when we got there to place our order we were told they didn’t have a cook who could cook them.. only people who could fry things. What? That literally doesn’t make sense. Mind you, the last time I ordered them on the app, got there and was told they “didn’t have that” & when I requested a refund from my mobile order they suddenly found them to make. The issue isn’t that they don’t have this item, it’s that they’re too lazy to take the 7 minutes to cook them. For a newer location they are trash. 100000% do not recommend.
