Good food but the older lady working there always has a terrible attitude for no reason. Today she was mad at me because she couldn't hear me after I said my name THREE TIMES for pickup. She gave me the wrong order and then got mad at me again when I said it wasn't mine.. I wasnt even negative about it I said "Sorry this isnt mine" but I clearly said it loud enough for the other worker to repeat my name to correct her prior, and then a customer to put his 2 cents- so I don't understand what her issue was.. She didn't even apologize

I also want to add that I requested to have my sandwich cut in half & it was not. And as I was walking out, she was talking loudly about a customers order, saying something how what they ordered was disgusting and they were a disgusting person. why she felt the need to say any of that outloud, I have no clue

i came in here about a week ago around 12 pm and there was an older lady and a younger lady. they were phenomenal and they were the sweetest ladies you would ever meet. they made sure my sandwich was perfect to my liking. it was busy and they were handling everything as best as someone could. smiles on their faces and everything. they worked together very smoothly, highly recommend this restaurant .

Came in tonight around 7pm and the workers were backed up on orders. They were so kind and attentive to everyone in line thanking them for waiting and working as fast as they could to complete all orders. Coming from someone who’s worked in fast food I know how hard it can be but these two workers were amazing and deserve a raise or atleast some praise from higher up management. This is why I always choose this location!

This is the worst subway I have ever been to in my entire life and I have been to a lot in the last 44 years I went in there today at 2:30 pm there was 1 person ahead of me there was an older woman on the phone I believe the manager screaming at a customer on the phone for calling to cancel an order who I may add every time I come in there she is always in a bad mood and screaming at someone but anyways I was on my 30 minute lunch break and after 20 minutes of standing there waiting I had to leave because I was going to be late coming back to work from my lunch break as I am walking out the door the woman who I believe was the manager started repeatedly screaming at me thanks sir thanks for being understanding are you kidding me who does this I literally stood there for 15 minutes after the young kid finished with person a head of me telling me they were very busy when I was the only physical customer in the entire store at this point what the heck is going on with this establishment if I could give them negative stars I would terrible i mean terrible customer service

After being disappointed in the store in the other side of town I went to this location to get a proper sandwich. And......I was quickly disappointed again. The lady making my Cold Cut Combo didn't put the slices of meat on properly. The whole idea of this sandwich is that when you bite into it, you get the flavor of all three meats. The lady put each piece of meat on separately. So for example bite one could be ham, the second bite may be salami and so on. Then to top it off she argued with me about how much cheese goes on when you order extra. I've been eating Subway for many years and ever single time that I order extra cheese you get the standard four slices and then they come back with four extra slices. Not this time. The lady put the four slices then put about two and a half. Then she told me, that's how it is. Yeah.......I'll never go back.

Placed an online order. Received message it was ready at 5:50pm got there right on time to then be told it wasn’t ready. Waited 20 minutes until they served everyone else not to mention no apologies and the lady making our wrap was fooling around. I don’t understand how their system works but you shouldn’t put ready and then make us wait another 20 minutes.

U wanna see the joke? Just go in to bridge street location on the lucky day and find the jokes …them workers . Except for the older Caucasian lady. YUP she professional and knows better . Much better. If u lack self control and forgiveness for they ought to not know no better u will be alright after visiting this location cause I made it without giving them a kick dose of the disrespect they would NOT truly want to be reciprocated . As a result I kept my money for the food I planned to purchase before being wronged and threw the the chips back in its storage base. As a ex lawyer assistant, model, famous well respected content creator , volunteer / humanitarian etc I suggest for peace sake just keep ur money or cook. This is the only Subway in the area that takes paper coupons! The staff have great customer service, fast lines, this is the best subway in town. Subs and salads made to order. They offer a variety of soft drinks, chips and the new 3 sidekicks. The ft long cookies sell out fast come get em! ?

Vegetarian options: we can make a salad or vegetable sandwich or do a veggie patty sub/salad. Also any sub can be made into a salad ( salads are 6 inch portions for meat and cheese ).

Literally just left there with my child both employees literally saw us come in we were the only two in the whole store and both employees a young man and a young woman with way to much make up kept their heads down making what seemed to be an order and ignored us till a few minutes passed by I said excuse me and they acted like they didn’t hear us and we walked out. The owner needs to vet the kids he hires, not professional at all

I don’t know what happened to this place, used to rave and send people I know here. But in the last few months things have changed. Bread is always a hit or miss. You can get the same exact order today and tomorrow and it’s 2 different prices. I ordered this through the app for pick up, barely even half the bowl is filled. Upcharged guacamole, half a spoon full for 2$! For 13$ I was disappointed. Bunch of young kids, slow lines, I think I’ll go else where.
