Went to Subway in Naugatuck last night April 11th 2025. I have to say this was the worst subway trip I ever had in my life. Upon entering there were two girls serving. One on the right one on the left I obviously got the bad one the one on the left. We had simple orders a turkey 6 inch with some vegetables and I ordered the $6.99 value meal tuna fish so as she was making my girls sandwich she seemed to be in some kind of Rush when nobody else was in the store kept looking at her phone. I told her we're not no rush seem to shorten girls sandwich put only two tomatoes on when they were moved for three and then very quickly diligently putting on the vegetables again I said we're not in any Rush she made the sandwich sloppily. Went to order mine and I asked her why she won't cook two scoops of tuna fish on a half when there should be three. She decided to argue with me about it and ended up only putting one scoop and a half a scoop sloppily on my sandwich as I got my vegetables, again with the rushing and throwing the vegetables onto the sandwich without too much detail she sloppily made my sandwich put a chunk of onions in the middle not even spreading them out. We had to ask her to add more vegetables because she was cheesing the sandwich out. Sandwiches were sloppily made with not the right amount of ingredients. Neither the tuna or vegetables were sufficient I suggest this girl finds another job because she does not have patience for time or judgment or making a Subway sandwich. We've been here before and I know it's the person making the sandwich the other times it was fun. After being served like this I'm not sure why this person is in the food service industry. This industry was built on servicing customers not rushing them through their order sloppily making their food and then charging full price for half the product. I included pictures of the worst tuna fish I've ever had. We were there probably around 6:30 I hope the owner reads this message.

This restaurant does not adhere to their posted hours. Multiple times I have come here to grab a quick dinner after a long day and everything is packed up a half hour ahead of time to close.
Sandwich makers seem to have a hard time with basic sandwich construction and put the ingredients in the middle of the fold of the roll or don’t place ingredients to the end of the sub.
Service is very poor, I have to request items that normally would come together specifically, ie they are not automatically giving dip with the pretzel.

Ordered online for the BOGO event. The order said it did not go through, but the charge is on my bank account. I went to the store & showed the man working who laughed in my face & told me I didn't order anything or pay for anything despite the proof I had. He treated me like I was just coming in to try to get free sandwiches- I also called right after I realized something seemed wrong & he hung up on me!!! Will not be returning. We knew the owner was stingy, but never expected them to be this rude & unhelpful. Not to mention all the times they've messed up, for one instance when I found plastic in my meatball sub, yet I still returned & never complained. This is the final straw & I encourage everyone to go to other subways in the area where the staff are kinder.

I ordered a build your own sandwich and before I continue I would like to say my sandwich has literally 3 things on it, pepperoni American cheese and cucumbers. I go to different subways often and never have a problem. normally they put enough pepperoni to feed an army which I love. This store however didn’t put enough on for even one normal 6 inch never mind the 12 inch I got. The worker didn’t speak English at all, and didn’t know the menus or how it works when you buy a meal. Normally you get chips or 2 cookies and small drink with the meal. She gave me 1 cookie and a small drink and when I corrected her and pointed to the menu where it say 2 cookie she looked at me then the menu dumbfounded and said and I quote “one, only one” i repeated that I got a meal and paid for a meal which included 2 cookies. She then spoke to another man working in another language and he said 2 cookies after i practically fought nicely with her. So not only did my sandwich have practically no meat or cheese on it, i also had to basically fight her for my second cookie. I sat in and it was very dirty, the table was sticky and all of them were as well. The drink station was dirty as well. I was the only customer in the store and it took 15-20 minutes for her to understand I wanted Italian bread, pepperoni, American cheese, toasted with cucumbers, two cookies and a small fountain drink. That’s it.

I was craving Subway so I stopped at this store for a sandwich. I always get a Cold Cut Combo and did the same at this store. The guy only put three slices of each meat on my sandwich. I know this isn't right but figured that Subway may have changed the way they do things. So if three slices are ok for a foot long, then what do they do for a six inch? Slice one in half? After being disappointed in the amount of meat at this location and still wanting that Subway satisfaction, I decided to go to another location a week later. Guess what? They put four slices on my sandwich (although they didn't build it right either) like the Cold Cut Combo is supposed to have. So that means that the guy making sandwiches at this location is either cheap and scammed me or dumb and can't put a Subway sandwich together correctly. I'll never go back.

Ordered 2 footlong subs and couldn't even get the sandwiches right. Was missing oil and vinegar mayo banana peppers and olives. I called and all the guy said was "Okay" like really they can't even read what goes on the sandwiches. Won't go back.

Went here on 2/11/23 to get some sandwiches. The owner made a decent amount of sandwiches with just the right amount of toppings for each one (meaning he wasnt stingy like most places where they hold back), each sandwich he made great conversation without messing up once. Honestly think ill be getting my go to subways from here from now on.
