Terrible service cold food bad all around experience we've never had there. Then someone's dish was wrong 2x and gave 1/2 off and the person received hers after we were all done! Gave a measly $12 off when should've been free they need to learn how their mistake are just that and need to keep people happy. Customers that'll never return all waiters that showed no care or compassion with Very Minimal Customer Service Experience😡
This was our first time going and we will definitely be back! Such a unique atmosphere dining in a formal train station with so much character and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Friendly staff, speedy service and the food was stellar!!
Food is usually very good. Flaming chorizo was fatty. Caesar salad was dry. Everytime we come here we realize the service is not great. They leave dirty dishes on your table, they don't fill empty water glasses and soda refills are not free. Shame because the ambience is wonderful and it's never super busy.
