Parked outside the business and ordered a sandwich through my cellphone. I was asked for my credit card, to which I indicated to the person that I was not comfortable giving that information over the air. I asked the person to please put the order through while I was getting ready to step in and pay, and the person said fine. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was told that no sandwich had been made, and that I had to get in line to order. I've ordered before in this manner with no issues. I'm all set with this place and will not be ordering from there again. 👋🏼

That’s Nice
This place is absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love everything about it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is to die for!, and the options are endless. It really feels like a little piece of PR has been brought to New Britain. Authentically delicious. Absolutely recommend it to anyone that is near the area or even driving by, stop in, you won’t regret it. Now if I could just convince them to open another bakery in Maine (where I’m from) I’d be ecstatic.😊

Went here for some take out to take back home. Food was authentic and very well. Got a el Jabarito and tripleta which were the first thing I ate and took my hunger away. Best part they have plenty workers helping and suggesting what’s best from bread chicken and pastries . I loved my tripleta and look forward for another visit .

Where do I start? I decided to go and try this place after watching a HYPED TikTok video. I wanted to get my face stuffed and support by promote even more this PR place. Sorry, but not sorry to say that is NOT it. From the costumer service greeting all the way to the food. Drove an hour for that, very disappointed .
We recently moved to the area and didn’t realize how popular this bakery was until one of my clients recommended it. That’s when we discovered it’s just down the street, within walking distance from our home.
We tried the Ham, Egg & Cheese Mallorca sandwich and the Cuban-inspired sandwich—both were delicious! For pastries, we had the bread pudding, quesito, and the powdered sugar guava pastry, and they were all amazing and definitely worth trying.
Their passionfruit drink was so refreshing with a natural taste—no weird artificial flavor at all ❤️
