Rude employees at night!!! 8/29/18 the one that was in charge of drive thru, was being soo rude! Rushing the whole order. And while my mom was trying to get her debit card out her wallet, the girl said something to her coworkers about us being slow. (Try taking a card with nails on)! Also when we was checking the bags before we took off. She had said “You can go”

Terrible experience at New Britain, CT store last night. Very crude and unprofessional manager. I don't think I will ever go there again. Too many other options in the area.
I was upset that I had to turn around because my order was incomplete, but what was more upsetting was the fact that they had the audacity to laugh and lie and say they gave me my three order of fries like I'm really wasting my precious time to turn around and argue with three unprofessional individuals. Never again!! Sorry but that right there did it for me so you lost a customer for good..how dare you make my daughter cry by insinuating she's a liar I teach my kids to be honest...read full review
