Some days ago I went to have lunch here and left my bag. Freaking out, I got the opportunity to call the manager, Jackie and found out she was keeping it safe for me. This meant the world for me since I had a lot of valuables in my bag. Thank you so much for hiring these amazing people.

I purchased the new Maple bacon BBQ sandwich which I paid almost $9 for. And this is what was on it. Barely a whole piece of bacon....where is the sauce? Won't go back!

Came to the drive thru at 11:20pm and they told me they were not taking any more orders because they were closed… very rude and online it says 12am… there was also 2 cars in front of us that ordered perfectly fine!

Clean location, staff was courteous, especially the young lady working the front. My daughter wanted to try the new Fiery Strawberry Sprite but was nervous about the spice level. The young lady made it with a lighter amount of syrup. Anyways, it's a good spot with good people.

I am very upset with this service i was received, i spent $61 at this burger king and i didn’t even get to finish nor enjoy my food, i ordered 2 wrap and added cheese and bacon which is extra and i didn’t even get that on my wrap, my food was old and tasted stale, i currently work at burger king so i know how the burgers and fries and chicken is supposed to look and i was very disgusted with my order, i also got my food in kids bags instead of #12 bag, i ordered 3 medium meals and didn’t receive one of my fries, I ordered spicy chicken fries and added 2 sauces, ranch and bbq sauce and i didn’t receive ANY of that, im requesting all my money back because it went to waste.

Service was good however I discovered I was double charged $15.13 for the Texas whopper combo meal. I tried to reach out and call The STORE for the number is not in service. I’m expecting to get a refund for the double charge of the meal. I called the Burger King and they explained to me that they are a corporate store and the New Britain store is privately owned. I’m sure this was a mistake on their part, But however, they should have a updated number and an event that a customer needs to resolve an issue.

Every time I come here it sucks :/ if you seen my post history you’ll see I recently went to another BK and it was amazing! Today I decided to get delivery and sadly I couldn’t choose which Bk to order from. I was craving chicken nuggets and onion rings and I should’ve known better..Received French fries instead of onion rings which yeah kinda sucks because I love onion rings but to put the icing on the cake I opened the nuggets and got the flattest nuggets I’ve ever seen in my life I don’t even think they put chicken in half of them lol anyways… go to another BK it’ll be worth the drive

I know restaurants & retailers have been the most affected by the serious decline of customers since Covid started but what this company is doing now is down right stealing from the consumer! After placing an order online, I arrive to pick it up and I’m told that they didn’t receive my order and then they stopped responding and closed 15min later. I reported it on the app and thankfully I received a refund but this would be the only time. The next time I placed an order and arrived to pick it up, I’m told they’re out of hamburger, refused to make substitutions, and said I had to cancel my order but this time customer service refused to refund me, saying that they refunded me last time! I continued to ask why would I be able to order something that wasn’t available and still be charged for it which she confirmed that they can’t update the app and went on to say it’s the number one complaint, avoiding to answer why I’d still be charged for it! A few months later I had received a promo code for a free ice cream and I thought there’s no possible way I could have another issue but boy was I wrong………….I know, I know, I’m right there with you, how could I be so naive and fall for it again? Well to be honest I didn’t realize how often BK is open with no food to sell but that was the case tonight, I showed up for my order and was told they have soda and cookies but that’s it! I reported it on the app but already know that it’s not likely that I’ll be refunded so once I get that email from customer service, I’ll send them to my cc company when disputing the charges… I’ll post an update but pls beware and if you do go to BK don’t use the app

This store stole from me.Placed a late night mobile order, paid on the app. Got to the window and a male voice asked how he could help me. I stated I had a mobile order. No response. Said “hello?”, no response again. I pulled up to the second window and watched both, what i believed to be employee cars drive away without giving me my food when i had paid. Simply because they didn’t feel like making it late at night even though they were open when i placed the order and when i arrived.
