Stopped by this cute coffee shop on my road trip and so glad I did. Got here around noon on a Tuesday, found street parking right around the corner. I ordered the oatmeal cookie latte. Service was really quick, and coffee was delicious! I was afraid that it might be too sweet, but it had the perfect amount of sweetness. My friend got the french toast latte and she enjoyed her drink. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by!

Were you ever thrown out of a restaurant as you were eating?
It happened to us at this restaurant. They say they close at 2:30 PM (very early) but no restaurant closes at exactly the time they say. Panera says 9 PM but will wait until you swallow your food and finish your coffee. Very rude to all customers as they were ordering us out and could not wait 5 minutes to finish our meal.

Poor customer service. I asked for matcha iced with oat milk and sugar. I received my matcha with just milk no sugar taste Digusting just green milk for a whopping $9 and 18 cents. The barista definitely had a language barrier and could not understand what a vegan matcha entailed. Also seemed very uninterested to serve a black person. Save yourself the money and go to dunkin for half the price!!

Came here to get coffee for a coworker this morning. Waited in line until it was my turn, and once I was next up, I waited for ten whole minutes at the register for the people behind the counter to even acknowledge my presence, let alone take my order. I tried to make eye contact several times and said excuse me once, no response. I left the coffee shop after 15 minutes of waiting.

I'm sure the coffee is great.

They make a great latte! And I love their pistachio muffins ☕️

This was my first time at Café Busy Bean. I’ve walked by many times but had never stepped inside—until a colleague mentioned it was worth a visit. I stopped by this morning and was blown away the moment I walked in. The care and attention to detail in the atmosphere, the service, the food, and the coffee were exceptional. What a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Places like this—where you can feel the passion in every part of the experience—deserve to be supported in New Britain.

I should come here more often! They offer French Press which was delectable.

I don’t come here as often as I’d like but it never disappoints. I got an americano with the toasted marshmallow shot and it was bangin. Got the busy toast, also bangin. It was bigger than I expected it to be, definitely worth the 10 bucks, it’s like a huge sandwich. Love this place, ok bye
