Chili's Grill & Bar

I arrived in New Britain to visit my daughter, who had suffered from a stroke. I am glad to say that her recovery has been good. She will be discharged on Monday, April 7. I was hungry from traveling from Colorado Springs to New Britain all day. I checked for local restaurants and chose Chili's on Hartford Road. When I arrived, it wasn't too busy. The wait staff all looked to be young. I reviewed the menu and chose the Rancher Burger with French fries and a Coke Zero. When finished, I had strawberry 🍓 cheesecake. The cheesecake was good, but I thought the berries were missing. I also felt there were many young people dining tonight. Maybe because it's Saturday? If you are in town, pay Chili's a visit.

I went there to pick up my birthday dinner last night, and I was treated with such lack of respect. The African-American greeter (Female) didn’t think it was possible for somebody like me to order food from there and was thinking that I was there to steal an order. Made me repeat my name several times.

When she brought out the food, she just placed it on the counter without even Thank you, have a good night, enjoy your meal, nothing.

People like this girl shouldn’t be working in the food service industry since she has such lack of respect for customers. Thank goodness my wife wasn’t with me!!!

This Chili's is one of the better locations I've visited, but the service here was a bit slower and longer than I expected, given the little amount of people that were there. The server had a great attitude and food came out at an okay pace.

This place should be closed down like Foreal. I walk in everyone looks like they have an attitude. I ask for a glass of wine the glass was dirty. I was afraid to ask for a clean glass but I did and yet again it wasn’t clean. I’m sitting at the bar no one acknowledges me so I get up and walk the hell out. NEVER

Wanted to seat inside but I know on a Friday at 6 it was going to be lit but the to go option was worth it. Ordered my meal and was going crazy in car with all the good smell that bag was releasing got home ate and was happy! Thanks Chili’s!!!

A truly professional and friendly server (Carla) explained the menu and drink options and provided prompt and courteous service. Loved the various combinations of food offered and the selection of adult drinks. Will be back again.

Decent food for the price. Staff is friendly and my kids enjoy eating there. One of the better fast casual places to eat.
