What can I say about Chili's, there a staple in many people's household. I enjoy their monthly signature margheritas, I try not to have. More than two...lol. Lately, I've been getting their triple dipper so I can cure my craving for a burger and tenders ..lol. I enjoy the southwestern egg rolls they are tasty. I usually gravitate towards their fajitas. They smell so delicious when they are bought out sizzling. I always get the shrimp fajitas but the others are great as well. If you do get the fajitas, try their honey chipotle sauce, it pairs with the fajitas very well. Looking forward to my visit this week...yummy 😋

Terrible service from the start. Waited far too long for someone to notice us standing at the podium. When we were seated, we knew what we wanted and ordered immediately. The table next to us got seated a few minutes after us and got their cocktails served long before I finally reminded the server about our WATERS that we never got. Turns out she expected someone else to bring us our drinks. Our food comes out about a minute later but behold our chips never came. Not once did the server check in on us until we were done and ready to pay.
What my wife and I noticed was that our server and her other tables were black, but she ignored us (white) the whole time practically. Strong racist tones in this place. Shameful.

I’m giving this Chili’s a two out of five stars. The two stars are just because of the delicious dessert and staff friendliness.

The service and food here was not ideal. I came today with some of my friends and was very disappointed in the experience we had.

I ordered from one of their deals on the menu which came with an appetizer. I chose their chips and salsa as an appetizer and they completely forgot to bring it out. All of my other friends got their appetizers in a very timely manner, and I had to remind them about mine.

For my entrée, I ordered a sirloin steak and they asked me how I wanted it cooked. I told the waitress very clearly I wanted it medium rare. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. However, when it came out, the steak was very well done, and the broccoli was barely cooked, so it was chewy and hard to eat. They also messed up my friend’s order by giving him bone-in wings after he told the waitress he wanted boneless wings. They had to make him a new entrée, as well.

Both my friend and I had to wait for new meals while our other friends got to eat. My other friends were very unhappy with how their entrées came out too.

I will say that our waitress and management were very kind and willing to give us new meals, which was appreciated. The entrée they gave me the second time was much better than the first time. The steak and broccoli were cooked properly. However, it was an inconvenience to not only me, but my friends to have to wait for new entrées.

We ordered dessert and it was very good. The one complaint I have about that is my friend ordered a cup of coffee with his dessert and they completely forgot about that. Throughout the meal, we had to remind our waitress multiple times about missing items we ordered. Also, our orders were not written down, which I feel would’ve made it easier for the staff to remember.

Overall, I am very displeased with our dining experience and the quality of the food. I will say thank you to the staff for fixing their mistakes, but do hope in the future that they do a better job of listening and tending to customers.

Service was terrible even though the restaurant wasn’t even remotely busy. Waitress was inattentive. Someone else brought our food and had to get our drink refills. She basically disappeared after she took our order. Did she her on her phone by the restrooms when we were leaving. Place seems dirty compared to other chilis I’ve been too.

Waited for half hour for the rest of the party after the first couple of dishes were served. Cold by the time the others arrived, kids and adult quesadillas were burnt and sent back twice until the manager cooked them herself. Salads were even delayed and arrived with the wrong dressings. Kids meals arrived with fries instead of the ordered broccoli. All around disappointing. We shouldn't have been charged at all. Since COVID this location's kitchen staff have been a disappointment. Last two photos serving were taken at another restaurant (different franchise) a week later. Major difference.

The food was cooked well and our waitress was very nice, but our sodas were watered down, we were charged for games that we didn’t play, and I found a checkout sticker on my food.

This place has gone downhill! I used to love the original chicken crispers but they got rid of them. I also loved the fajitas but they dont cook the veggies ahead and rely on hot skillet to do that and the rice sukks! Also miss the paradise pie... the prices are too high for what you get! Another land mark ruined by greed.

The mashed potatoes were nasty and this wasn't the 1st time at another location. Maybe they need to redo the recipe
