I arrived in New Britain to visit my daughter, who had suffered from a stroke. I am glad to say that her recovery has been good. She will be discharged on Monday, April 7. I was hungry from traveling from Colorado Springs to New Britain all day. I checked for local restaurants and chose Chili's on Hartford Road. \n\nWhen I arrived, it wasn't too busy. The wait staff all looked to be young. I reviewed the menu and chose the Rancher Burger with French fries and a Coke...

I went there to pick up my birthday dinner last night, and I was treated with such lack of respect. The African-American greeter (Female) didn’t think it was possible for somebody like me to order food from there and was thinking that I was there to steal an order. Made me repeat my name several times.

This Chili's is one of the better locations I've visited, but the service here was a bit slower and longer than I expected, given the little amount of people that were there. The server had a great attitude and food came out at an okay pace.
