This USED to be my favorite restaurant years ago. What happened to the whole business. The little girl that was little and nice is now stern and not nice. The food is old and has thick grease that is hard to get off my tongue and inside my mouth. The ribs have nothing but a large bone, no meat. Well all the meat that there was did NOT fill a tablespoon. What bothers me is I let my grandson take a bite of the lo mein , which used to be great, he spit it out. He is 6, he knows. Nothing is fresh there that I bought. The garbage ate $42.00 worth of food. We threw it all in the garbage. Including the egg rolls. I am shocked they would serve that crap. Very disappointed. When older folk let the young take over, the young ones drive the business over a cliff. Nasty awful food.

Ordered food here In person around 28 dollars on june 16. Got mold in steam dumpling that cost 10bucks. Definitely not fresh. Called them 3 times and they tell me that manager will call me back. Nothing came back Go there in person on June 23rd and lady there didn’t want to give refund. I ask only for dumpling refund as it has mold.She only wants to give free food to other menu. Told her that I don’t want food and my credit card company will respond to her due to her unprofessionalism and make customer in danger of food poisoning. She later concede by giving 10 dollar cash. Buy here only to at popular Don’t buy anything else that’s rarely sold.

I order food and when a got it deliver, it was a hair on the food I call them to let them know they told me a manager will call me back and they never did I will not be coming back at all I try to be nice but they seem not to care. If I can give them a zero I would.

Food was fire as always! always super hot, always super fresh always spot on they never miss! this is my number one spot in New Britain hands down.and trust I tried them them all definitely top tier compared to the competition.

Me and my fience thought it would be nice to try a Chinese restaurant since where new to being here in new britain and let me tell you.. the lady with the black hair has the worst attitude of all. On top of it the rice tasted burnt. And the chicken was so spicy I couldn't even eat it... we honestly threw our whole entire meal in the trash ? Remind you I ordered Sesame chicken with no sesame and pork fried rice. The rice looked like Spanish rice and no pork. Never has sesame chicken and it be spicy... most of all this lady customer service was not it from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out... if I could give this place a 0 star I would (but in order to leave a review I have to give a star)

I was supposed to get 3 pork fried rice,two with the meals that I order and one extra small pork fried rice, so I didn't get everything that I eas supposed to get I'll never order from them again.it cost me 45 dollars and didn't get what I order.
I will talk more about the service. The staff that takes your order is rude and has no courtesy towards customers. She yelled at us knowing that we let her know that the order was over the phone and she yelled because you didn't tell me before, we responded if we let you know. She is very rude. poorly educated

I guess I was unlucky with the taste of their food, the first time(which has become my last time) I went to get food. I got fried rice with pork and the rice was under-seasoned. Worst of all, there was so much cooking oil retained at the bottom of the meal- I couldn’t finish the meal. I knew that was the most unhealthy food I had eaten all week. I don’t recommend.
