While i was paying for my order this Dunkin cashier was stealing the QR code to receive credit on the Dunkin app. That’s unacceptable i watched her do it to others while waiting on my food.

The manager is terrible. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I worked in customer service for twenty five years in the casino with people are at their worce when losing their money and still never seen anyone as bad and rude like this manager. I think you should have under cover person order from there maybe more than once and make sure they are a little bit of a difficult customer. This manager has no right to be representing your company until she gets some training and really don't think that will work for her!!

This Dunkin is very small with not enough variety of donuts. The staff was too chatty with customers and I rather you multitask. My croissant was toasted black yesterday I noticed after I drove off and reached the highway. I couldn't come back because I am from out of state.

Stopped in for donuts for work.
Good coffee but the donuts are definitely not fresh like they used to be in the past. During has changed and not for the better when it comes to fresh donuts.

How do you only schedule 1 person on a shift but yet have a line out the door smh.. the new manager is completely an idiot... you have customers leaving because of the long wait.. remind you it's 4pm in the afternoon... shame on the manager for only scheduling one person on, on the busiest time of day.

Order specifically on the app to save the time. Drove over. Not only was my order not started, but they proceeded to take, check out and make 6 different orders in the store while I had already paid. Managers, it’s unfair to your staff to force someone to be alone and train someone:
