This Dunkin is very small with not enough variety of donuts. The staff was too chatty with customers and I rather you multitask. My croissant was toasted black yesterday I noticed after I drove off and reached the highway. I couldn't come back because I am from out of state.

How do you only schedule 1 person on a shift but yet have a line out the door smh.. the new manager is completely an idiot... you have customers leaving because of the long wait.. remind you it's 4pm in the afternoon... shame on the manager for only scheduling one person on, on the busiest time of day.

Order specifically on the app to save the time. Drove over. Not only was my order not started, but they proceeded to take, check out and make 6 different orders in the store while I had already paid. Managers, it’s unfair to your staff to force someone to be alone and train someone:

Somehow literally ALWAYS make my order incorrectly, survive is not good, someone gave me a stink eye for ordering a strawberry donut idk why, atmosphere is nice, food is cheap and good, recommend the dragon fruit refresher.

My husband went in to pick up a mobile order and got cursed at after asking for a sticker for the ice coffee lid. A Hispanic male maybe late 20s who was there on Thursday 9/4/24 around 2:20pm. Disrespectful individual who should not be working customer service position. Incident was reported to corporate office.

I only go here in the morning. Fernando and Yanira are both great. My order is always right. And ready by the time I get to the register. I don't go in the afternoon because it's like night and day. The morning is GREAT and the afternoon is like walking into an empty church. But at least my day starts off great.
