Boyfriend literally showed the workers the order on his phone from my texts. It clearly said Small Iced DECAF caramel iced coffee but I received a regular/caffeinated coffee no caramel at all. Wasted money because I don’t drink unflavored coffee nor do I drink caffeine because of my ADHD. How do you mess up an order when you read it off a phone?

Ordered two wake up wraps took a bite n noticed it was chewy like gum come to open both of the and noticed they left the cheese wrapper in both of my wraps

bad service the employees are not professional at all ,very rude while we are trying to place a order the lady tells us to wait and sits on her phone for about 10min while we stayed waiting , Until I just left because she was not trying to help us at all and just stayed on her phone

Ordered two orders of hash browns, only got one. Bacon egg and cheese was TERRIBLE!!!! Not recommended even if your in a rush. Very sloppily put together.

I wasn’t able to even order because whoever was working had the locations lights off and didn’t answer the intercom. Owners please don’t put you are open 24hrs on here if your workers aren’t willing to keep the place open 24hrs. I just saw a guy working inside 10/18 3:30am

I ordered a large ice coffee I ask for not too much ice because they always fill the cup 3/4 of ice but the genius manager told me that won’t be an ice coffee without ice fair enough but I clearly say Not too much, I don’t like the place and his manager ruin my mornings so the solution stop going there

I was ordering and this lady with a pink, purple, and blue braids in a bun was so rude?? Like she was giving us bad looks and rolled her eyes and got our order wrong, we ordered a mango refresher with lemonade and she added green tea? Like if youre gonna give customers bad looks and be rude like dont work here go work at a dumpster or smth.

I personally hate this Dunkin’. I get the same thing at every Dunkin’. And Iced chai with oat milk I don’t understand why multiple times I have gotten iced coffees with oat milk. I’ve gotten iced chai with oat milk and regular milk which tasted awful. I’ve gotten incorrect sandwiches. I only get turkey sausage. They give me regular sausage or they don’t put cheese on it or the cheese is so burnt you can’t taste. The employees tend to be very nice but when you try to return things, they do seem a little upset. I understand I wouldn’t want to redo it either, but I can literally taste coffee in my non coffee drink. Just go up the turnpike.

Literally the worst Dunkin. Show up for a mobile order that was placed 20 min prior- mind you no cars in the drive thru. No body inside ordering. Then was asked 3 times what I was there for and each time I was just completely ignored until they felt like making my ONE DRINK. MY ONE SPARKING ENERGY DRINK that requires little effort to make. 30 minute wait for that while all the employees swear and mess around with each other. I literally live in walking distance but go out of my way to go to other locations. This one is terrible.

**If I could leave another review I would but I cant so I am editing this one. This place is a total MESS. The workers are all rude and unprofessional. They get your order wrong and then argue with you about it, and instead of remaking your order try to refund you to just get rid of you and not have to do their jobs. I am just going to stop coming here, its not worth the aggravation when there is a dunkin on the corner of every block.You know what I love? I love pulling up at 4:30 am to get my coffee before I have to work a long day, and the older dark skinned gentleman instead of giving me what I ordered, gives me whatever he feels like making at the moment. It's so exciting to pay 10 dollars for an order that I have no clue will be right or not. I order the same coffee every single day. I know what it looks like, I know what it tastes like. I expect it to look and taste the same every time and I am not getting that here like I am at other locations. When the spanish lady makes it, its always perfect. I understand that its early in the morning and people have bad days, but every day cant be a bad day and on top of just getting a random whatever he felt like making at that moment coffee, he's not exactly friendly and welcoming either. This has become an issue to the point where I feel the need to write a review, which as you can see by my profile is not something I do often.
