Normally, the small caramel iced coffee gets two creams two pumps of caramel. I order and pay three pumps of caramel. I get home and there’s not even even one pump of caramel was just regular coffee….ughrrrrr. On top of everything else, the cider doughnut was hard which means it’s old… And I know that you’re supposed toss them at night, but this one must’ve been left there either that or the quality is poor. They never make the coffee like you ask anymore. They do what they wanna do. This was my last try at this restaurant and I’m not going back to that one. I’m sick and wasting my money.

Service is very bad. I buy 2 cup of coffee and they put it in three but the guy who give me the coffee he don’t close the cover and other coffee and go in the car and all the car. It’s coffee when I’m back to the manager, I don’t know

I’m a regular there and always enjoy the drinks I get. I feel like they really follow the recipe as the drinks are never too sweet or have too much of one flavor. I just tried the Spark Energy, Tornado twist flavor, and man did they nail it! Great job!!
Stoped in at drive thru , as this Dunkin as most now are is drive thru only, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches , when I pulled up to window was given food , drove off and opened sausage egg and cheese bagel and egg and sausage were still frozen , opened up 2nd sandwich and was the same seems like they toasted the bagel and threw on cold egg and meets , went back and have it back and let them know that this is unacceptable as someone can end up in Er from undercooked meet. Beware of eating at this place .

To Maria I am a regular there Maria has good customer service very patient with the customers makes you feel comfortable She is amazing, cool vibe over all a great person and she makes the environment amazing really cares about her job and your customers love going to that Dunkin best one by far This is my favorite place to go for cold drinks and good eats

Placed on mobile order for a specialty coffee. When I arrived there, a lady said the flavor is out of stock. I said it's ok, just make a regular one. I requested less ice, she put lots of ice. I requested to make it per my order. The lady in the drive-through who took my order remade it but she made it taste horrible on purpose. She gave me a coffee super diluted with water. When I drank it, I quickly noticed that she did it on purpose. My friend sipped my coffee and spitted it out right away. Will never forget the lady...
Bought 3 large hot chocolate with whipped cream and 1 donut, paid roughly $18. Pulled up to the window they gave us 3 medium containers, we asked what is this we ordered large. Employees proceeded to say we paid for small and they gave us mediums, we figured ok then and pulled off if we didnt overpay. Get back to work to open the containers to find less than half cup of hot chocolate and that's whit the whipped cream in it. There is no way in hell we paid so much for so little and ofc we didnt get a receipt with our order.

I ordered a hot coffee. Took a sip, felt what I assumed was a piece of plastic. I spit out what was in my mouth and it ended up being an insect. An earwig to be exact. Very traumatizing experience for me. I will never have coffee again outside of my own kitchen.

This DD only has drive through and I found entering the drive through a bit confusing and the workers on this day ,while attending to my order could have been a faster, it was only two simple ice coffees, instead of talking amongst themselves laughing and one was on her phone which is very unprofessional, finish the order and then go back to your call.

Drive through only location (probably made during the pandemic).Be careful when going through the drive through, it's pretty narrow and your car could get scratched.All items were available and I found no issues with my mobile app order.The donuts here were a little smaller than other locations.It was ready 10 mins after placing the order and arriving.I would go back next time I'm at the Hartford Healthcare facility nearby.
