Dunkin'

This dunkin is probably one of the worst dunkins I've been to. One of the staff members (I'm not sure of her name) definitely needs improvement on her interpersonal skills. I can understand maybe being understaffed as she is sometimes the only one a on staff but translating that to the customer is not an acceptable business model.

The coffee I order usually has the wrong proportions of milk to coffee. I have ordered the same beverage at other dunkins and it's totally different than when I receive it here.

Overall when you walk into this dunkin the experience can be somewhat daunting with poor service as well as quality of food/drink.

Dunkin, please do better.

Manager threatens employees when she doesn’t get her way refuses to give fulltime employees fulltime hours mocks others religion when I said I was going to clock out she kept threatening me and talking, told me I was lucky we were still in the store Because she wanted to put her hands on me Her name is Shamiesha Innabinet the store has ants and mice real bad when the exterminator comes, he sprays the chemicals while the food is still being cooked, and drinks are still being made The store is overall disgusting and filthy. It has a spoiled egg smell coming from the drains at all times. I Have contacted the police and let them know that she has threatened me.

I arrived at this Dunkin’ at 7:45 PM, and even though it clearly states online that closing time is 8:00 PM, the doors were locked and I was turned away. The staff member inside appeared visibly frustrated and acted as if customers were an inconvenience. I understand the challenges of customer service, but if the store hours say 8:00 PM, customers should be served until then — or the posted hours should be updated. This kind of experience leaves a bad impression.

If you like to buy coffee, stay far away from this place. The employees here clearly don’t care about your order or your experience. They have an attitude the moment you walk in, and the way they conduct themselves is completely unprofessional—especially a woman named BRENDA. She was rude, loud, and confrontational for no reason.

This isn’t how customers should be treated. I don’t care if I have to drive 5 miles out of the way—I’ll gladly get my coffee elsewhere. Whoever manages this location seriously needs to start paying attention to the reviews and the behavior of their staff. Flipping out on a customer and getting loud over something so simple is absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Lady that attended me at the drive-through was because I was confused between Matcha latte and mocha latte. I know this place just got remodeling done. It definitely needs new people too. She woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location disgusting. The staff’s attitude is extremely unpleasant. Instead of addressing valid inquiries, they make customers feel like they are asking invalid questions. Additionally, basic courtesies like saying thank you or you’re welcome seem to be lacking entirely. I’d recommend patronizing a different franchise.

I would like to give a zero star. I thought my drink gonna make my day, but they ruined my day. I was looking forward to my favorite drink on the regular menu. Two of the staff tells me to go to McDonald's instead if I want this item! Finally they made it for me but they did a horrible job on it. This is a regular menu item on the board but they don't know how to make it. Why are you still in business, especially as you say McDonald's is next to you? Next time I will take their advice and I suggest you do the same. Don't go here for anything, they don't want your business.That was the worst drink in my life!!!!!!!

I’d rather drive farther to a different Dunkin than come to this one, and will be doing so. The employees are horrible. There attitudes are disgusting. My order is wrong every other time. Such inconvenience bc my job is close to this Dunkin but my day is always ruined after my encounter with the ladies that work there. A drive to another Dunkin is completely worth it !!

Store had only two untrained employees and no leads running it during a rush. I waited over a half hour for food before getting my refund. Not the kids fault. Management Wake up! You can't do this!
