Got the East side Pizza special and medium a little more on the price of your side but it's always been like that awesome Pizza best pizza I've ever had I lived in New Britain for years always ordered it there I live in Windsor locks Connecticut now and still go back there for it absolutely love it

The last 4 times I've ordered from there my order has been wrong. They seem like they are in a rush to get you off the phone than make sure the order is right. Also the chicken is always overcooked and dry and my pizzas are usually burnt.

It took them 2 hours to deliver my order, which was 2 grinders and when it was delivered it was so cold, I called to reported it and he said they was closing and the owner was not there, today I called the same guy answer saying the same thing and hang up on me and I try calling again he didn't answer, he was the owner of this nasty place his a thief

Okay yes I'm giving this five stars but I'm taking into consideration that this is indeed a local Pizza joint. I have been coming here for nearly two decades now and have always had a great experience. I am a fan of a Greek style pizza and this is where it delivers in spades.Other pizza shops in the area do weird things like use breakfast bacon as in maple flavored on their pizza.This is as traditional as it gets for a good Greek pie and for that I am grateful

They are rude. I order a large pizza and a can of soda and they charged me $30. For a large pizza !!!! Then when I tried to cancel the order he said no and I can’t get my money back. Who tf pays $30 for a large pizza ?? Their customer service is as
Terrible experience like no other.I have been a customer of East side pizza for years, over 15 years. One night I decided to call and get a slice of cheese pizza. The OWNER (lady) told me they had a slice and to come down. I get there to only two slices of pepperoni pizza, which was no problem, but annoying nonetheless. She said she would charge me for a cheese and took down my card information since she couldn’t work the machine. I ended being charged OVER SIX DOLLARS for only ONE slice of cheese pizza. When I went to the shop to resolve the issue I was told by her that I didn’t have money on my account and that I need to call my bank.To be told that by the owner that I didn’t have money and I basically stole a slice of pizza (mind you if this was true, why did she not ask me to pay the unpaid tab???) was beyond unprofessional and sad behavior from this establishment. I called my bank just to ensure that no issues were caused from my end and they confirmed the charge was for the full $6.55 and was only charged one time, so she did not try to charge my card multiple times like she explained.She made an honest mistake and instead of resolving the issue of a minor $3 overcharge she disrespected a customer and lost years of service to come. I will NEVER give my money to these people again and if you are brave enough to go there PLEASE BRING EXACT CASH CHANGE ONLY!!!!!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD OR LEAVE YOUR CARD NUMBER ON FILE!!!!!!

I called and made an order to be waiting an hour. I called them and they told me, "we don't have any orders in our system for your address " talk about professionalism at it finest. Will never support this company again, east side pizza should be embarrassed.

I never even write reviews but today i have time!!!! The food quality is terrible and the prices are disgusting . Not to mention. Any time they deliver its always cold , the store is NEVER open on time either . My children and i sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up and open the shop ..they never did . This places needs to just close and or relocate ad bring that trash elsewhere .
