Took the ice cream making class for a second time and it was so much fun. You get to mix your own flavors, learn about ice cream, and take home a gallon of your work. 10/10 would recommend. Such a unique experience right here in our Connecticut backyard.
We visited Frisbie’s for the first time to take their ice cream class! My husband and I had such a fun time making our own flavors. The owner was our instructor, and he was great at explaining the process and making it an easy experience. We came home with Biscoff coconut almond and peanut butter brownie flavors that we love! We’ll be working through our gallons for a while! Loved that the class includes a build your own sundae too since you have to leave your ice cream overnight...
Loving the authentically local vibes all around, also their scoops of vanilla and rum raisin were fairly decent. 😋
