since i can’t leave a zero star here is this, the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced, totally ignored us when we wanted to get they attention was extremely rude to the customers coming in and out especially the manager there she sat there and hung up on me on the phone because i tried to request a refund , the manager was straight rude and did not care. don’t recommend it there. hate to be that kind of person but seriously no food service should treat customers that way bc i work in the food industry and ive never seen anyone act like that

I went through the drive through and for the first time in what feels like forever I was greeted by a cashier who made eye contact with me and asked how my day was, thanked me for coming into KFC, introduced herself and everything. You rarely get that type of service and experience at any fast food restaurant. Great Job Roynette, thank you for a good experience!

Food is so fresh here. Order a two piece chicken combo with waffles. Omg. Everything was fresh that I had to right review one of the best kfcs in the state. An I go everywhere. Dining area was clean. An very rare to see kitchen staff cleaning saw that when I came in already had a good feeling. Hope this helps.
