Would’ve been a 5 star but the black lady taking the orders in the drive thru needs to clear her ears I ordered two orders of fries and she gives me two orders of Mac and cheese…..seriously and when I came back inside her and the white guy with glasses were complaining as if it’s my fault she didn’t listen carefully to my order….the food was good though but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Very bad service, burnt potatoes, bitter from old oil and very salty. And the reheated chicken, instead of donating the leftover food, there are places to donate food... Shelters and etc.

We didn't get her name , but she had to be the shift leader on 8/30/24 after 8pm. But the place was swamped with people, could tell they were short staffed. Stressed and overwhelmed, her and her staff ,minus the kid that wasn't doing anything just laughing standing around trying not to do nothing eager to leave, rest of the team handled it very professionally. Food was fresh, super polite . Hope her and the staff, that get a pay raise or some type of appreciation from the DM/company . You don't see professionalism like that anymore these days. Will continue being customers at this location .

I had ordered the food by mobile order in the app it told me that it was ready when I entered the restaurant I had to wait 25 minutes for the order I do not recommend this fast food restaurant at all
