The food from fowl play in New Britain was horrible. Fowl play in parkville market is wayyyy better. I was beyond pissed with my order. Even Mac and cheese was trash. Don't order from this location. Parkville market is where it's at. The Nashville wings were not hot at all and was barely Nashville style....

How can any restaurant have no pride in their website's accuracy, or take no pride in packaging food the way their website promises it will be packaged.We ordered lunch to go yesterday - a chicken quesadilla and tacos de alambre.The website promised the quesadilla would cost $10.95 and consist of a 13" Flour Tortilla, Monterey jack, cheddar cheese, served with pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and julienne romaine lettuce with your choice of meat. Instead, we paid $12.95 for a quesadilla with zero sour cream, zero guacamole and zero lettuce. Mega disappointing to say the least.Tacos de Alambre weren't listed on their website, so I at least know I wasn't overcharged at $11.95 for them They were steak and chorizo tacos with onions, peppers, and cheese on white corn tortillas. I liked them, despite the small amount of protein portioned out.Service was so-so, not a lot of smiles or greetings or warmth or engagement.

First of all, horrible customer service. They guy at the register didn't even say hi. His demeanor was so not welcoming. I ordered chicken quesadillas, the worst quesadillas I've ever had. Almost no cheese at all. Will never return. I'm visiting from CO where there are tons of taco places and this one was the worst experience ever.

There’s a black bug in our food. The order is wrong. What kind of effort are these workers putting in? As a business manager I’m appalled. Every single time. It’s our fault for giving them a THIRD try.Even with our refund, we don’t want this food again. We can’t even trust it with our loved ones. Disgusting. Absolutely sickening.And got a GROUND BEEF chopped salad instead of a very clearly stated on the receipt chicken salad. Honestly what is going on at this place?

The chicken sliders were delicious! Perfect balance of spice (Medium) and sauce! I love them! I also ordered the Birria quesadilla. So flavorful. I loved the dipping sauce and the flavor sauce that came with it. The portion was huge. I couldn't even eat half of it. So convenient to my Airbnb!

This is the 3rd time where Las Tortas MX got my order wrong. I ordered plain crinkle fries, NO SEASONING, and they still put seasoning on it. The reason I said no seasoning is b/c the person I was ordering for has allergies. I tried calling and of course, no one picks up the phone. While their food is good, their service is incredibly lacking. They need to start paying attention to their customer's orders.
I was really please withthe Birria quesdillas I received, the food was really well seasoned. The portion is good for the price. Id take out, the food was still hot when I received it.

The rice in my burrito was rock hard not cooked at all.. They didn't give me any sauce on the wings when I ordered them Nashville and hot. Also they were very small and one was basically just bones.. Only giving 2 stars because the tacos were ok. They have potential but need to get it together. Also the woman taking my order seemed annoyed.
