Whoever they have working behind the counter is wicked RUDE! I will NEVER EVER GO BACK! I go to express right next door & thought I would support a newer esablishment, being Puerto Rican, I also want to support Puerto Rican businesses... HOWEVER, the grumpy old man behind thec ounter has just killed any chance of us goung THERE again.
