I would give it 2.5 stars if possible but I was extremely disappointed overall. I ordered a 16” blt with extra bacon and fries through slice. The fries were good but the blt had 1-2 slices of thin, soggy bacon on each piece (so MAYBE 6 total across 16” if I’m being generous). Even as the regular amount, this was extremely disappointing given that bacon is the main and only protein in the sandwich. If it wasn’t for the slice agent, I don’t think I would have gotten a refund because he had to go back and forth with them just get more than $5 back for that b.s. So shout out to slice for their assistance.

I love Max’s pizza. I grew up in CT and moved to Ohio at 42z. The pizza in Ohio is nothing like Connecticut pizza. Every time I come back, I bring home a couple of pies and freeze them. It’s that good at Max’s. Ohio pizza is mostly chains and very inferior when it comes to pizza and Italian food. Sadly. It’s Marcos for us until I come back to my home state and die in pizza heaven at Max’s!

NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Placed an order through uber eats, took an hour and a half food was ice cold, only got half my order. So I call uber the guy says that’s what they gave me even though my receipt was right there in the pizza box and you can clearly see I paid for a salad as well. So I call the restaurant she goes ya the other girl forgot to give it to him we’ll send it to you right now. I wait about 20-30 min thinking it’s on its way while the rest of my family eats. The guy calls me back and says no we’re too busy we’re not sending it to you because Uber refunded it. I had NO idea uber had already refunded it and now after all that time I still have NO FOOD! He goes you live all the way in Plainville. Like YES I ordered it through the app and I gave the girl my address when I called about the salad! They knew where I lived and I’m so glad you’re too busy with other customers while I sit here with no food!!!!!

I was at the restaurant recently and was treated very badly. I ordered food at around 8:25 pm. The restaurant door says they are open until 9 pm. At 8:42 pm, a waitress came up to my table and asked me to leave, saying they were closing. I told them the doorway said they were open until 9 pm. She insisted they were closing before 9 pm. I feel like I was treated unfairly, and I will not return.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, it was saggy no crunch to it like it wasn't cooked enough, it was terrible!!!
Food was ok I ordered a large cheese and 12 piece wings with large fries, pizza was cold and when asked to be reheated or remade the guy rolled his eyes wings were super dry and tiny fries were soggy like someone ordered them a while ago then didn’t pick them up so they gave them to me. Service was horrible if I could give a zero stars I would person at the register was a guy named Frank. He seemed like he didn’t want to fix any of the messed up food had an attitude the whole time and kept saying how long he’s been working there and how many times he’s never had an issue The only good service I received was when one of the guys in the back gave me, Even though the frank guy didn’t want to, a new large fry and wings for free And made fun of Frank because he was cheating on his hot wife with a ugly worker in the pizzeria. Besides, that entire experience was horrible.
Parking: Just park on the side walk and run in They don’t have enough parking space

Got one thing to say, B L T PIZZA!!!! Edit: in all seriousness though, the employees are kind, the pizza, wings, ice cream, salads, and other options here are delicious! Great price compared to some pizza restaurants. Nice relaxing area, not packed and closterphobic feeling at all. They even deliver to your house if that is preferred over dine in. Would always recommend even to this day, people should experience this place at least once in their lifetime.
