Food was ok I ordered a large cheese and 12 piece wings with large fries, pizza was cold and when asked to be reheated or remade the guy rolled his eyes wings were super dry and tiny fries were soggy like someone ordered them a while ago then didn’t pick them up so they gave them to me. Service was horrible if I could give a zero stars I would person at the register was a guy named Frank. He seemed like he didn’t want to fix any of the messed up food had an attitude the whole time and kept saying how long he’s been working there and how many times he’s never had an issue The only good service I received was when one of the guys in the back gave me, Even though the frank guy didn’t want to, a new large fry and wings for free And made fun of Frank because he was cheating on his hot wife with a ugly worker in the pizzeria. Besides, that entire experience was horrible.
Parking: Just park on the side walk and run in They don’t have enough parking space

Got one thing to say, B L T PIZZA!!!! Edit: in all seriousness though, the employees are kind, the pizza, wings, ice cream, salads, and other options here are delicious! Great price compared to some pizza restaurants. Nice relaxing area, not packed and closterphobic feeling at all. They even deliver to your house if that is preferred over dine in. Would always recommend even to this day, people should experience this place at least once in their lifetime.

Prices are way too high, will not go here again. Price increases here are out of control. $18.79 for a medium pizza with one topping(mushroom). That is ridiculous and greedy on part of owner. So you can keep your pizza, we won’t pay that price

My friend & I only had lemon water but with a medium 3 topping (sausage, onion & mushroom) pizza (16 square pieces about 4x4") & tax was only $22!!!

The pizza was Deeeeelicious!! The perfect amount of very tasty sauce, tons of stretchy cheese with plenty of toppings---no skimping at all! A nice lightly crispy crust! Well worth it for family, the kids, friends or a date?
Lots of seating that is adjustable, so if you're a big dude, you'll feed & fit well here! This is a great place, a Hidden Gem and nice neighborhood restaurant in New Britain. It's just a few minutes from 84 & less from 72!

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids with their families. They also had a great selection of fresh ice cream & sundaes!
Wheelchair accessibility: It appeared to be a nice flat plane with only 1/2" high threshold. The inside was quite roomy & a wheelchair would seem to fit at the end of a booth table or one in the main aisle.

ordered a 16 inch Genoa Salami grinder and first of all no one came to take my order (2)8 thinly sliced pieces of Genoa on a 16 inch roll,could not even see the meat let alone taste it.I am a loyal customer of Max 4 in Bristol an never experienced anything like this.Don't know if workers are holding back and taking what they skim home and notice owner only responds to good reviews
