We ordered ahead online and they didn’t include sauces we asked for. Also, they said they don’t have mustard and don’t do refills…not sure if this is typical. Food was average.
Big Mac was good... fries were old cold stale and nasty.... not for human consumption. Ewwww

play area start open at 10am. Don't waste time coming early for breakfast with kids.
As simple as the menu is , they still manage to get the order wrong. Staff looks confused and out of touch.
McDonald’s is reliable for a quick meal, and this location gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The food tastes the same as other McDonald’s—consistent and exactly what you expect—but the freshness can vary depending on the time of day. Sometimes the fries come out hot and crispy, but other times they’re a bit lukewarm.
Service is generally okay, but it can feel slow during busy hours, and the order accuracy isn’t always perfect. The dining area is clean most of the time, but it could use more frequent attention during rush periods.
Overall, it’s fine for a fast, cheap bite, but it’s not always the most satisfying experience. Not bad, not great—just okay.

I came at around 9:05 there lobby was closed the dude waved his finger in my face to signal there closed okay cool… so I go to the drive through (I’m on an electric scooter) no one talked to me… sat there for 4 minutes but as soon as a car came up they answered them… bs yall can’t let a broke 18 year old girl ORDER IN THE DRIVE THROUGH mind you not the first issue ive had w this place…

Watched them make my drink inptoperly by giving me 80% tea and like 20% sweet tea when it's suppose to be half & half. I told them it doesn't look right. Other than that pretty good.
So nobody speaks English here. I ordered and had to have help comprehending a simple order. Place is beautiful though. Lol

Drive thru experience. Ordered 1 meal and 1 sandwich. The window gave us our straw and asked us to wait at the drive thru window. When they gave us our food, they forgot the drink and the fries. No one was in front of us, and there were 5 cars behind us.

Couldn’t make out what the guy working the drive thru was saying, so I asked for clarification. I have a hearing impairment and he was very rude and treated me like I was stupid. I tried to apologize for the misunderstanding and he cut me off. As someone who’s worked drive thru, I get it’s tough to understand people but you don’t have to be mean. My McCrispy was also dry and cold once I received it. I would caution against business here.
Can’t figure out how to hand me my receipt and forgot half of my 30 dollar order.
