If the people would speak and understand better English they would have 5 stars. We love the sauce but the calzone has no ricotta cheese in it it was all mozz chz. With pepperoni and mushrooms. Last time we ordered from here we got a pizza with red sauce instead of with ricotta cheese when I specifically asked for a white Hawaiian pizza. The food tasted good but just made wrong They don't ask what kind of dressing they just assume you want ranch I guess. On top of it all we live in milldale and when I called to say you made my food wrong the first time they said bring the pizza back and we will make you a new one... So I won't eat any dinner I guess.... Plus the woman who takes the orders can not understand English so the man had to get on the phone two or three times already. Tonight we got three calls back because they weren't sure of our order.. it's too much of a hassle to keep going back unfortunately. Prices are fair too, so it's too bad.

I been at the restaurant and just had a delivery of wings and pizza every time food is good service is good and delivery on time and food is always hot.
Nick's has become my go to pizza spot. I'm giving five star for the consistency in making sure my food is always hot, fresh tasty and neatly packaged. I've tried so many pizza places and nicks has been the best so far. My daughter only wants nicks pizza now. Also the grilled ceasar salad is delicious too! ?

0/10 stars!!! I called to place an order and they were rude!! Who answers saying what do you want?! Then as I was placing my order I felt rushed 45 mins goes by for my food to come incorrectly and the delivery driver demanding money for something I don’t want. He proceeded to say “ f you I’m gonna cancel your order” their food is good but service is terrible!

Been ordering here for years just because it’s convenient and I get out of work late so this place is all that’s open . I ordered one night unfortunately I fell asleep and I woke up 5 min after the delivery man tried to contact me . I called back and apologized and said I would be willing to stop by and pay for the food in person so they aren’t at loss or if he could come back and bring it I would’ve given a double tip for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I got treated with no patience and understanding like how I treat them when they’re Bussy and mess up my orders and I have to wait extra time and I still am understanding and kind . They decided not to bring the food or to let el go in person . 2 days later I went to order a delivery service and the man on the phone was so rude he asked me to put a card down because of last times inconvenience but unfortunately as I started to give him the card information I got rudely hung up on . I called back got a major attitude I was able to put my order in but he had zero customer serviette I todo for skills and was extremely rude and passive aggressive the entire time . I’ve been ordering from this place since I was a kid . It’s actually very convenient for late night snacks just sucks that they have terrible customer service ! I think this will be my last time ordering from them ever …….
I created my own pizza! I called and gave Nick's the ingredients & WOW they exceeded my expectations!! It was so delicious!!! I basically ordered a Nick's special, swapped the pepperoni for bacon & asked them to put ketchup and mustard on top to create a bacon cheeseburger pizza!!! :) If you dare, ask for chopped pickles too! This pizza was loaded with toppings and flavor! Even the crust is amazing! The gentleman who took my order had great listening/customer service skills, the delivery was fast and professional! I am totally satisfied, will definitely order again & also highly recommend you to give Nick's a try!!!

Everytime I walk into nick’s pizza I’m greeted very kindly by the employees! The atmosphere in here is pretty nice and I feel as though I can trust them when I say “EXTRA CHEESE!!!” lol Which btw has been fantastic! They don’t play when you ask for extra anything 0.0
