Taste of Poland is beyond anything anyone would expect from a this place. The food is hand made based on traditional recipes. All ingredients are fresh and authentic. It’s common to see many members of the surrounding Polish community go there for their lunch or dinner. The personnel working there is incredible. I love when I get the occasional opportunity to pass through little Poland, since I’ve lived in Connecticut. Today was the first time that I tried a taste of Poland, and it almost brought tears to my eyes. The flavors, textures and selection of dishes were absolutely delectable, and reminded me of the traditional Polish food that I grew up with. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were totally reasonable and worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Nothing fancy. You order at the counter and find a seat. Good home-style cooking. Everything seemed freshly cooked and was tasty. I had the meatloaf, some pirogi and beet salad and enjoyed them all.
