Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My wife and I were in this particular Popeyes 7-14-2025. We haven't had Popeye's Chicken in such a long time and we had a desire for it. Unfortunately it was the worst that we have ever had in a while. We ordered a six piece Ghost Wing an eight piece chicken tenders and a large fry. The chicken on both orders were over dried over fried and tasteless. What a wasted lunch it was. I commented to my wife. I do believe when we went there about a year ago we had the same experience so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, there is only one Popeyes in my area and we'll never go back there again.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience during my recent visit. My order was made incorrectly, and when I tried to address the issue, the employee responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner—raising her voice, claiming she couldn’t hear me, and acting as though she was going to jump through the window. This was especially alarming as my pregnant mother was present at the window during the interaction.

Even after taking the wrap back, it was still remade incorrectly. I later spoke with the manager, who stated that I was the one being rude, which I found both inaccurate and dismissive. I was also uncomfortable that the same employee was nowhere to be seen while my order was being remade, leaving me uncertain about who prepared it.

As a regular customer, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expect better treatment and a more respectful approach to customer service.

Went to the drive thru window at 11:15 worker told me they were closed when they close at 12. Shows a sign of laziness and bad business

The employees were super nice ! The sanitation of the restaurant was not so nice . As soon as you walk in you are smacked with this unexplainable smell , I knew off rip I should have just left . But nooooo I was like let me give it a shot . Needless to say , my entire $45 order went into the trash ! I took one bite from the chicken an never ran so fast to the bathroom to get it out , brush an mouth washed IMMEDIATELY! What in the actual 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I wouldn't even eat there again with your mouth 😂

Took way too long to get the order, the food wasn't great, and the place wasn't clean

They served me rancid, sour, disgusting sweet tea that got me violently sick off of just one sip. Really ain’t nothing more to it than that. Disgusting place that obviously does not care about sanitation or food quality even if it harms customers.

If they would change the fryer oil when they supposed to the chicken wouldn’t be so tart, you can actually smell the burnt oil aroma from a far off

My experience was too tire and would recommend this location to other friends and family Jazmarie took care of me and I couldn’t find better customer service anywhere else she helped me when I didn’t know what I wanted and gave me options on what I could replace an item with that would best suit my appetite you

Ordered to go 1 hour before the posted closing time. Showed up to the establishment 30 minutes before closing. One of the managers told us that they “didn’t have any food”. Then they pointed us to another Popeyes that was also closed. Spent a hour running around trying to get food. On top of that, now I have to call Popeyes customer support and try and get a refund. Truly absurd.

I went to buy a 12-piece family meal and the manager Luis served me and was very friendly and the service was extremely fast and the food was crispy and tasty.
