This Popeyes is terrible. They are always short-staffed, and you end up waiting more than 30 minutes just to pick up a mobile order.

The service was quick and it was a non- busy time inside.

This Popeyes in New Britain stands out as one of the finest I've ever visited! They had a lot of chicken that was served piping hot, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. The service was impressively quick and smooth, and the staff went above and beyond with their warmth and hospitality, making me feel genuinely welcomed. I’ll be returning soon!

Damn shitty service they provide in this place, for chatting on the phone they don't do things right, I ordered a 12 piece combo of boneless wings and two 6 more boneless ones and they gave me both with bone in, I'm tired of trying to buy and get what I ask for, they always give it to me, sea for those girls, be aware of your cell phones, shitty service, I'm not coming back, oh and the fries are always bland, oh very soft

I ordered food through Door Dash and it didn’t take long for the driver to get there or to bring my order. My fries were lukewarm. If I work at a fast food chain- I will make sure fries and food are hot. I also ordered sauces for my chicken - the Popeyes sauce as well as the buttermilk ranch. Neither were in the bag. These employees are not focused and they don’t make sure that all items are in bag before stapled together. This Popeyes suck just like the town it is in !!! They need to be terminated

My wife and I were in this particular Popeyes 7-14-2025. We haven't had Popeye's Chicken in such a long time and we had a desire for it. Unfortunately it was the worst that we have ever had in a while. We ordered a six piece Ghost Wing an eight piece chicken tenders and a large fry. The chicken on both orders were over dried over fried and tasteless. What a wasted lunch it was. I commented to my wife. I do believe when we went there about a year ago we had the same experience so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, there is only one Popeyes in my area and we'll never go back there again.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience during my recent visit. My order was made incorrectly, and when I tried to address the issue, the employee responded in an aggressive and unprofessional manner—raising her voice, claiming she couldn’t hear me, and acting as though she was going to jump through the window. This was especially alarming as my pregnant mother was present at the window during the interaction.

Even after taking the wrap back, it was still remade incorrectly. I later spoke with the manager, who stated that I was the one being rude, which I found both inaccurate and dismissive. I was also uncomfortable that the same employee was nowhere to be seen while my order was being remade, leaving me uncertain about who prepared it.

As a regular customer, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation was handled. I expect better treatment and a more respectful approach to customer service.

Went to the drive thru window at 11:15 worker told me they were closed when they close at 12. Shows a sign of laziness and bad business

The employees were super nice ! The sanitation of the restaurant was not so nice . As soon as you walk in you are smacked with this unexplainable smell , I knew off rip I should have just left . But nooooo I was like let me give it a shot . Needless to say , my entire $45 order went into the trash ! I took one bite from the chicken an never ran so fast to the bathroom to get it out , brush an mouth washed IMMEDIATELY! What in the actual 🤢🤢🤢🤢 I wouldn't even eat there again with your mouth 😂
