I love their food. Tried the fish sandwich on a Friday because it is lent, not impressed but what should I expect from a chicken place. Love their chicken, I wish they would put the wraps that they had as a special on the menu as a regular item.
They're coleslaw is really good.

Cam here at 707pm 3/20/26 for a Dasher doordash order. Went inside. No orders ready, customers standong around, no one to tell. Stood there about 10 mins before leaving. Poor service

This IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POPEYES. DONOT EAT HERE. WE waited 35 minutes for our food. FRIES WERE COLD. THE STAFF HIDES IN THE KITCHEN. THE CHICKEN TENDERS WERE NOT GOOD EITHER. I THINK THE MANAGER NEEDS TO CHECK ON STAFF OR YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER BE BACK

Incredible service, even better food. Pairs nicely with a couple brewskis. Had to thank god before I had this meal.

Please don’t order from here if you don’t have 30 minutes to wait. There is no one at the counter to communicate with customers. The staff hardly speaks English. There is no honor or respect for customers. Please do not place an online order. It will take forever.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there through the drive through they forget something, I'm hating this place so much. My coleslaw

Chicken was raw, manager refused to refund order. I asked if they temp the chicken before serving her response was this happens sometimes. While trying to get our money refunded another customer also came in with raw chicken. No disregard for the health and safety of those they’re serving food to.

They need to pay attention to the front counter. Waiting along time to tell them I'm here and then they start making my order 15 minutes after I placed it online. Also communication/understanding. After getting my food I open it and notice I don't have the requested sauce I asked for sauce and told the lady that im spending alot of time standing here and my food is going to get cold I'm kind of upset but she actually thought I met my food was already cold and before I could even notice she grabbed the food and threw it out and started making new food making me even later I was on my lunch break and when she brought it back pretty much dropped it off and turned away they did not put the sauce in the bag again !

WORSE POPEYES I EVER WENT TO !!! I drove 25 minutes I went to the drive thru and ordered 9 pc family meal I asked for spicy chicken he told me it will take a few minutes if I don’t mind waiting I said sure I ordered a Freddy box and 6 pc honey bbq wings I drove 25 minutes back to my hotel at 12 am. They didn’t give me the wings or Freddy box and THE CHICKEN WAS NOT SPICY !! I called 10x and drove back they said wings and everything I ordered sold out. I got some fries and a lemonade. DONT EVER GO HERE.

Truly don’t know how a Popeyes can be so….just bad man. I love down the street so Since it’s opened, I’ve been a lot of times. Every single time without fail they mess up or forget the order entirely. I ordered a 3 piece tender 20 minutes ago and I’ve been waiting in here like it’s some big complicated order. It’s without a doubt the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to consistently. Worst fast food place I’ve been to consistently. I am a minority myself but I see it Does not help that the manager and employees all speak different languages. Atleast have someone who can communicate to their team?? Don’t make sense man.

I’ve been inside the store for over 30 minutes waiting for an online order I already placed. I’m honestly wondering if this location even has a manager, because the service is extremely poor. This is the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not recommended.

They won’t pick up the phone. Multiple times DoorDash has tried to call and have a reorder cuz they gave me the wrong thing . I ordered the shrimp basket and they gave me Mac and cheese only . I’m allergic to Mac and cheese .

Purchase 4 piece chicken 2 sides ( Mac & cheese and coleslaw). Talk about disappointing. Chicken bland and water flavor. Sides seemed to precaned pucks, seemed like playdough.
