They won’t pick up the phone. Multiple times DoorDash has tried to call and have a reorder cuz they gave me the wrong thing . I ordered the shrimp basket and they gave me Mac and cheese only . I’m allergic to Mac and cheese .

Purchase 4 piece chicken 2 sides ( Mac & cheese and coleslaw). Talk about disappointing. Chicken bland and water flavor. Sides seemed to precaned pucks, seemed like playdough.

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. We stopped in for a late dinner and were the only people in the drive-thru or the restaurant. For some reason the girl taking our order messed it up like 10 times while I was giving her the order. I kept having to repeat myself and then she would repeat it back, but incorrectly. I don't know why it was so complicated to get a strawberry Fanta but this woman kept saying Coke. It's even on my receipt as a Coke. I also had to repeat coleslaw for one of the sides multiple times. Then we were told to pull forward and, when we got to the first window, we sat there for 2-3 minutes with no one there. So I thought maybe I needed to pull to the second window and, once I got to the second window, I saw her lean out the first window and yell at me to back up. I genuinely don't know if this was a manager or owner or what but whoever it was had no idea what she was doing. I completely understand that mistakes can happen and things can be misheard, but this person wasn't even kind, she was incredibly rude! Won't be going back to this location.

Update: Went back again over the weekend after hesitancy and the wings were fine this time. The illness we had from the wings during my initial review 2 months ago went away after almost a week. Will leave that review below but the food did look and taste much better this time.

Old review: Ordered wings from there yesterday for their midday sale. The sweet n spicy were great but the BBQ wings tasted weird and had a weird old grease texture/flavor. Our bodily systems have not been right since. Whatever was in it was not good and did not taste sanitary. I used to go there almost on a weekly when it first opened so was genuinely disappointed with this experience the last couple of times. I thought the previous time was just a fluke but im thinking the place is going down hill. Most likely won't come back since I don't trust the cleanliness of their kitchen at this point.

First of all , there were only 2 people working . The one on the counter was dealing with some customer that she rang up wrong, and we waited behind them for 7 minutes. When she was ready for me i let her know my mobile order number she went to the back and came back 6 minutes later and asked me again (she forgot about me) and i told her , remember i had online order and she said oh and went and got it.the food was hot but old the mac and cheese was smushy , the tenders were hard and really small , mash and gravy did not taste good, fries where warm and stale. I never leave negative reviews, but this place is trash. Spent 55 dollars and was not satisfied at all. I usually go to the hartford location, and it's 10 times better. Place feels abandoned despite being a new location

We came by today & we requested the hottest sauce they have & the guy at the window was so unpleasant & extremely rude. He made a million and one faces and was like, well which one cus they're not spicy to me. As a customer, a paying customer if I'm polite I expect the same. I don't think I deserved the attitude/rudeness from this employee.

Me personally, I would not come here again at all. We waited 30 minutes for our order only to find out that our order was mistakenly given to someone else. I mentioned this to the supposed manager of the place, and waited another 10 minutes only to note that our chicken sandwiches were cold, and the staff (manager included) barely had any motivation to satisfy our order.

If I was reviewing/rating here Popeyes on their classic chicken sandwich, I would be giving it 5 stars. I can’t say enough good about that sandwich.
Unfortunately, this review is about their Fish Flounder sandwich. Similar to their chicken sandwiches, their menu offers flounder fish sandwiches that come as either classic or spicy. Unfortunately, this is not true in reality. They just come as spicy level 1 and spicy level 2 (I assume the spicy version is much spicier than the classic, I just would never order it to try and compare). So yes, I ordered a classic flounder fish sandwich, and it was a spicy fish sandwich. (unlike the classic chicken sandwich, which is not spicy at all, just perfectly seasoned for a non-spicy sandwich). I think I recall this from a previous year too when I ordered their fish sandwich. I don’t think this problem is particular with this Popeyes location, I suspect this is the way corporate does their fish sandwiches. Hey Popeyes: all the other chain’s offer fish sandwiches that don’t have this problem. Please fix it and let me know when your classic fish sandwich is not spicy.
