Wanted to get my husband a holiday menu drink as he was putting the kids in the car so I ordered a peppermint mocha for myself and a carmel Brule latte for him. The 5 minute wait to order and the 15 minute wait for the drinks to be made were unwarranted as I was the only one being served and there were three employees walking around the coffee shop. In addition, as we were driving my husband tried his drink and spit it out. His cup clearly said CBL - carmel Brule latte, but it was peppermint mocha and he hates mint. My drink was peppermint mocha as well, but that was in fact what I ordered. Waste of time and a waste of a drink.

Mellissa was very unprofessional and unpleasant the first time I come to a new Britain Starbucks SPECIALLY IN TARGET I expect better customer service! she told me we wouldn't be moving anywhere if I didn't with the red screen on the card reader I was waiting for instructions on how to scan my gift card that I got from somebody to spend at Starbucks. Nobody was behind me! I don't know what she was rushing me for she said other things making me feel unknowledgeable of how I was I ordering my drink. NEVER COMING IN THE MORNINGS AGAIN IM GOING TO DUNKIN DOWN THE STREET!

Not a real Starbucks just rude target employees with a Starbucks shirt. Black girl working there needs be fired. Doesn't seem to like her job and is annoyed when you place a order. Go down the street for better service. This place is going to the dump soon. Asked for strawberry lemonade and received strawberries with tap water visited at 7/11/21 @2pm
