I recently bought an Alpha Romeo Stelvio from Dean at Papa's. He treated me very well, no pressure, easy to work with and eager to get me into the car. Paperwork was seamless. Fully recommend!!

I wouldn't bring a go-cart here for service. Absolutely the WORST experience ever at a "big name" dealership. I will NEVER go there for anything ever again. Mechanics are hacks and have no clue what they are doing. While there for mechanical issue, (which wasn't fixed but i was over charged for parts and labor according to my warranty company) they damaged the body of my car, not once but twice. They did fix the damage but it should have NEVER happened. Very disappointing, learned my lesson and will NEVER go back there. Had to take the car elsewhere and am very happy I did. The local mechanic fixed the mechanical issue AND addressed the other issues that Papas told me were nothing. One of which was a wheel bearing needing to be replaced that was diagnosed as "tire noise" by Papas... never again.
