All of the vegetables were freezer burned, the chopped lettuce was browning, and nothing looked fresh. That being said I was starving and desperate and my partner had already started ordering anyway. The 2 girls working seemed like they never made a sandwich before, grabbed tiny pinches of each ingredient and piled them all in the center of the sandwich. I am never ever going to this location again. There was an Indian lady, probably the owner, she gave me a tuna sub with nothing in it literally for $17. She put the tuna on like she is spreading butter, it had no lettuce or any other vegetables. Horrible experience and attitude! Never again

Everytime I come they mess up my order but this has been the worse so far. Any other shbway gets it right everytime. West main sucks. They should get shut down ! I paid for two nasty sandwiches. The workers are slow, I repeated my order 3 times !! & they still did it all wrong. I live close by so sometimes I have to do a quick stop but its not worth it coming here. Go to the one on the plaza.. its way better & they treat you good. Never again with these people fr. All I did was open my bag & this was exactly how it was. Waste of money.

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to!! The staff is nice but the quality of the toppings is gross!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s all freezer burned and taste like nothing. I don’t know who owns this particular subway, but they are a zero out of 10 all day and I will never go there again even though it’s just down the street from my house.

Now that i am reading other reviews I see similar issues that came up, mostly involving the quality of the food as my sandwich was cold despite it going in the oven so not sure if the machine is just not good/working properly or what. Was disappointed in this as Subway is my favorite sandwich place will have to try another

This is the worst Subway. Give you very little meat/cheese on your sandwich then when you address this with them, they tell you if you want more you need to pay extra.. 2 pieces of cheese on a footlong? I would pass this subway up and go to the many others around the area.

Feel like this place should be closed down considering how many 1 stars they have.My grinder was cold. Like shredded cheese wasn't even melted. Shredded cheese not melted like that's the easiest cheese to melt. Also i didn't get greeted at all. And just the way he spoke to me the rest of my order was rude. I've never had any issues with subway but this is one made me want to just cancel subway all together!!
