I ordered a Spicy Italian sub and was extremely disappointed. Once all the vegetables were added, you couldn’t see any meat at all—because there basically wasn’t any. The employee used shaved meat and only put two thin pieces of salami on the sandwich. If I wanted a veggie sub, I would’ve ordered one, not paid full price for a meat sandwich. On top of that, I wasn’t allowed to see the sandwich as it was being made, and when I went to scan my QR code for points, I was told I needed to add money to the app just to scan it. Between the poor service and the lack of value, I won’t be returning to this Subway—and likely won’t visit any other location either.

NEVER EAT HERE.
Yesterday my boyfriend and I got dinner from here. We had two free footlongs from a previous mistake that had been made at this location. After eating most of my sandwich I see something in it that doesn’t look right. To my horror it was a disgusting bug. Obviously I was sick to my stomach and will absolutely never be returning back to this dirty location. Please save yourself and stay away!!!!!

Absolutely rude owner. I placed an order online via the Subway website. They use DoorDash as a delivery service for the food. The DoorDash driver delivered my food to the wrong address. It was confirmed by the driver and DoorDash that my food was taken to the wrong address. The only thing I was asking for is for my food to be made again a delivered by another driver. The owner denied the remaking of my food and acted as if I was bother for asking for some type of resolution. After my fourth phone call to DoorDash they said they spoke to the owner and he would refund the money today. Today I follow up and no one was answering and the one employee who does answer at the store, claims “they heard” but suggested I contact corporate again. DoorDash was more than willing to help but their hands were tied because I ordered through the website directly. I WILL NOT be ordering from this Subway location again! No one helped and no one cared that I didn’t get my food for the evening or my money back. What if that was my last?!

I usually don’t review franchise locations because, in theory, the experience should be consistent no matter where you go. But after reading some of the low ratings for this Subway, I felt like I should share my experience because it’s been quite the opposite.

I’ve been in here several times now, at different times of day, with different people behind the counter, and every single time the staff has been extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The subs have always been fresh and well made, and I’ve left happy each visit.

Honestly, I’m a little surprised by some of the negative reviews because they don’t match up at all with what I’ve experienced. From my point of view, the team here deserves credit for doing a great job, and it wouldn’t feel right to let the lower reviews speak for everyone.

All I can say is that I’ve had consistently positive visits here, and I’ll keep coming back. If there is a constructive criticism it would be that some of the furniture is wobbly. But that's it.

Me and the boys were hungry for a footlong. The sign said it was open and the time was 20:30. The door was locked and nobody inside. If you are going to work until 20:00 then change the time and turn off the sign. Evening wasted.

The bread was old and hard
Definitely not fresh made. When I called back in the person advised there was nothing that they could do as that was their fresh bread. I advised that it was a day or two old and asked for a manager. There was no manager available until the next day.

Just all around terrible. They stole from me. How you say? They charged me what other Subway locations charge, but they used maybe 25% of the meat and cheese that I’d get anywhere else. Bread was stale. Restaurant dining area terribly dirty, thick dust on every surface. Never coming back.

1/14/25 google says open time is 8:00am I’ve been here 40+ mins waiting to open. Employee comes in strolling has time to smoke and store still not open. Very unprofessional.

Ok so I work at subway and have been working the for quite some time and never have I ever put meat on the bottom half of the sandwich and vegetables on top and never seen a sandwich look absolutely disgusting like I’m not gonna play and play with people food basically grabbed the tiniest amount possible like I never made a flat bread look so empty like and they don’t understand the regulated amount of food that needs to be in the sandwich and how did you make the the most easiest sandwich the chicken salad you just mix mayo with it instead you gave me plain chicken and didn’t cut the flatbread like and I’m looking at this shit like ain’t no way even on my first day I never and I mean never forgot to cut the bread or put meat at the bottom and ik it wasn’t that busy either and even if it was you should be able to do it I really want a refund man and please get new workers not even my boss plays like that and teach them how to make chicken salad properly too
