Ok so I work at subway and have been working the for quite some time and never have I ever put meat on the bottom half of the sandwich and vegetables on top and never seen a sandwich look absolutely disgusting like I’m not gonna play and play with people food basically grabbed the tiniest amount possible like I never made a flat bread look so empty like and they don’t understand the regulated amount of food that needs to be in the sandwich and how did you make the the most easiest sandwich the chicken salad you just mix mayo with it instead you gave me plain chicken and didn’t cut the flatbread like and I’m looking at this shit like ain’t no way even on my first day I never and I mean never forgot to cut the bread or put meat at the bottom and ik it wasn’t that busy either and even if it was you should be able to do it I really want a refund man and please get new workers not even my boss plays like that and teach them how to make chicken salad properly too

Just ordered from here not 10 minutes ago. While the food here is ok, the service can leave a lot to be desired. I am food critic on Google and my words should not be taken lightly.I ordered a footlong, and when I was almost finished with the order, I mentioned that I would like to buy a pretzel stick. The worker responded rudely that my request inconveniences the entire process of the business and that it would create some hostility. I realized this, and in an attempt to mitigate conflict, I told the man that I would be fine with the sandwich. He refused, persisting on delivering my order, at the expense of his hostile attitude towards myself.While finishing my order, he yelled that "if you want a pretzel stick, make sure you tell me when ordering the footlong." While I only realized this after I put in my order, his comment made me very uncomfortable, as well as the other customers in the store. It was not my intention to make this man's day so horrible, but it seems his bad attitude already made that the case. Altogether it probably took him an extra 1:30 minutes to cook the pretzel, which I adamantly refused once I noticed his clear attitude.Further research leads me to believe that this is not the first time he has reacted this way. I was unable to get his name, but those who regularly shop here know who he is. For those interested he is African American, approx. 5ft, 10in, and has a beard and glasses. He looked like he was about 25-35 in age.

i come here most weekdays during breaks between classes since it’s right next to ccsu, and the workers here always make me feel welcome and the food is great, perfect for a quick lunch. the black man (i don’t know his name) is especially nice and always delivers great customer service!
