They completely screwed up my order that was sent for delivery instead of giving me what I ordered which was a toasted turkey cheese grinder with no vegetables they gave me the complete opposite! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I went here for 2 foot longs pick up and when I got home and ate 1 half of my chicken sandwich and I bit into a bone. I was grossed and more from this experience. Reasons why I don’t go here. I contacted Subway on 11/3/25 and it’s 11/8 and they has yet to contact me about this. SMH

I bought a foot long tuna on my lunch break. I went back to work and started eating it. It tasted like the tuna was bad. You know when tuna is old it tastes very fishy. I was starving so I did eat half but only because I was so hungry. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know about the bad tuna but it rang and rang. When my shift was complete, I returned to the store and the woman told me I didn’t buy it there. I had to pull up the purchase on my phone to show her. I told her the tuna is bad and that I wanted my money refunded for the un eaten half of the sandwich. She said the tuna isn’t bad and that she wasn’t going to give me my money back. I left the half of the uneaten sandwich and left. So I paid for a footlong that I only ate half of and the restaurant has the other half. I reached out to subway online and they have yet to respond to me and this took place over 30 days ago. Lesson learned. Don’t go to subway and make tuna sandwich in your house!

So I walked in and looked at the menu board for a moment, then stepped in line ready to order. I sat there for 2 minutes waiting for the older lady to finish angrily speaking to the younger lady in a foreign language before being acknowledged. I asked for a my order then the younger lady just walked away for a minute. Then she came back and started making my sandwich. Not sure where she went but whatever. I had ordered a combo so it came w a soda and 2 cookies. I told her the 2 cookies I wanted and then she just completely picked 2 different cookies. I was too tired to argue. Then I went to pour a mt dew from the fountain, and it has a hint of raspberry tea. Clearly someone mess up up replenishing the soda and instead of cleaning the lines just unhooked the tea and put on the mt dew. I finished my sandwich and then went to use the restroom but it was locked. I walk back to the front and the lady says I have to lift the handle up to get in. It's permanently locked but never locked at the same time. Some people should not be allowed to own or manage a restaurant even if it's fast food.

Nobody spoke english, guy had no idea what he was doing, didn't make what I asked for, I asked for it toasted, they told me I had to wait 5 minutes for the oven to heat up, left without my sandwich after 5 minutes and the oven was only half heated up, probably would have had to wait 10 more minutes because they would have messed up the veggies too no doubt. Tried to be charitable and give them a chance but this is unacceptable.

Paid $19.79 for a skimpy foot long, snack size chips, and a soda. Steer clear of this place. I can't speak for other Subway's as I don't go to them frequently, but they definitely aren't the same as they use to be.
The sandwhich only had ham lettuce and mayo after i ordered salami and cheese and other toppings had to add my own cheese
