Nobody spoke english, guy had no idea what he was doing, didn't make what I asked for, I asked for it toasted, they told me I had to wait 5 minutes for the oven to heat up, left without my sandwich after 5 minutes and the oven was only half heated up, probably would have had to wait 10 more minutes because they would have messed up the veggies too no doubt. Tried to be charitable and give them a chance but this is unacceptable.

Paid $19.79 for a skimpy foot long, snack size chips, and a soda. Steer clear of this place. I can't speak for other Subway's as I don't go to them frequently, but they definitely aren't the same as they use to be.

I wouldn’t even give one star Annie is very rude I paid for 3 cookies she didn’t give them to me and got home and realized I called she was rude when I called saying I don’t take orders on the phone I said I’m not I’m letting you know I forgot the cookies she said she’d remember then today I go and she is basically saying I’m lying and never been there.

This subway on email st has the rudest owners or manager she doesn't want to to accept coupons and is very rude and said I don't want to loose money that she wants money nothing else. So I told her I don't want my order cause I was Will to pay but had a coupon why advertise and not honor it .and she really has no customer service at all. I rather go to wmain st subway more friendly than the one in the plaza.
The manager was super rude and very unprofessional. Tried using a coupon I had for two footlong sandwiches and she tried to lie saying that it was only for a certain type of sandwich and to read it again and it didn’t say that at all. She didn’t even want to accept my coupon for 1 free cookie. I came back to address her about this and she then said that they advertise the coupons but she doesn’t want to accept them because “she wants to make money” that’s false advertising. I went to another subway and used the coupon completely fine! Don’t bother coming here

If I could give this place, less stars I would. I went in here . Not only was I standing at the counter for more than 10 minutes, but another African-American customer came in and was standing there and decided to leave when no one came out to service us. Finally when two older women come in who were not African-Americans the two Indian women come out of the back and are so ready to service them. I was so upset because I was standing there for more than 15 minutes and I had to leave because I needed to catch the bus. they were smiling and laughing, and were so ready to greet the other people and not me. I would give them zero stars, and I already filed a complaint with corporate against them.

The Indian woman there, she could be the manager and looks to be in her mid thirties to mid forties, is very rude and unprofessional. One time I went in to order something and saw that she was on her phone; so, I asked her to wash her hands. She became very upset and told me to take a shower. Not that it should matters, but I take a shower every day. She showed to be unprofessional, rude and doesn't prioritize having clean hands.
Needs a good cleaning. Prices are high.
