I placed an online order and added instructions to remove sour cream from all items since I’m allergic. I don’t know if they’re too lazy to read these instructions or what but no of my food instructions were followed. People do this for a reason since people have food allergies. Why are they so negligent to this?

Place mine as well he a homeless shelter that sells tacos . Was immediately ambushed by 3 adult males asking for money & food . Obviously management doesn’t give a care in the world .

This will be the last time I ever come here, this taco bell is a nightmare. The restaurant is dirty, the quality of the food is terrible and the service is awful and slow. They made the food so slow that when I received it, it was already cold. Waste of money and time. Talking about the New Britian CT location. I see others giving 4 or 5 starts and that's a lie.

Place is a joke. Almost an hour for door dash when dasher was there 10 minutes after placing the order. Food was cold. Food was missing. Had a Baja blast freeze and the cup was only filled half full. Will not be going back. This place needs to be shut down. I’ve tried it multiple times and always the same result.

I just ordered the Nocho, the special shown in the picture and I received a baby sized portion of fries with a nocho cup. Insane. Nobody asked me for sauses or anything. Totally a bad experience Can't expect more in new britain I guess. They just don't care about any of there patrons.

We ordered from this Taco Bell on DoorDash and the food was probably the worst quality food I’ve ever seen from a Taco Bell. The rolled chicken tacos were so over cooked they had a white flaky outside and the insides were so burnt. The Crunchwrap had absolutely no filling in it. Not looking for a 5 star meal here but I do crave Taco Bell every once and while and this was just god awful ?
