Awesome place :) Outside seating was clean, the view was pretty (we could see the whole park and the museum) and the food was great ^-^ Especially the chicken caesar sandwich and caramel machiatto coffee!! Also the person running everything was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall a cute place and good for after a walk around the park or a museum visit.

Wonderful addition to Hungerford! The food was very good! My sons ate every bite which doesn’t always happen. Pineapple mango smoothie and grilled cheese were hits. I enjoyed the veggie wrap. Excellent place to enjoy lunch outdoors with kids!

We were driving through New Britain after a weekend in Boston on our way home to Brooklyn with our dog when the atmosphere in the car changed. The tone in my GFs voice changed, my dog began to bark, and I wanted to cry because nothing I said was ok enough. We found “Tastebuds” through a Google search and found ourselves greeted by a friendly, family run business, in a beautiful park where we could stretch our legs and even play some wiggle ball while we waited for our food (which came out quickly).
To sum it up: Tastebuds at walnut hill park may have just saved our relationship. Cause we were HANGRY!!! 15/10. Must try!!!!

Went to Tastebuds on Hungerford with my two daughters. I’m not sure what was better, the kind service, the fresh food and smoothies, or how customer satisfaction and service is their priority and it shows. Def hit it!!! We will be back, and it’s Kid Approved!

I stopped by Tastebuds On Walnut a couple of days ago & I was happy I did! Lori, the owner & her son Danye, were both awesome! Danye made me the Pina Freso smoothie, which is made with real fruit, pineapple & strawberries, a little brown sugar & oat milk, delicious!?? I also had a chaffel BLT feom the keto, low carb menu, which is a cheddar waffle which they make there, with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and turkey bacon with mayo, so good!!! It was a perfect summer day at Walnut Hill Park, 77, blue sky, low humidity, & a little breeze, perfect day to sit at one of their umbrella tables and take in nature! ☀️ Why eat fast food when you can have their tasty, real food, fast for the same price?! Park right in front or pull up to the road barrier. Will definitely be going back for some of the good stuff ?! ✌️??

Came here for the first time really cute love the vibes food and smoothies was delicious I got the the mango pineapple smoothie along with the super green smoothie with the chicken club wrap so good. Next time I’m in New Britain this will be my go to grab and go. Family owned I also ate outside beautiful vibe beautiful day to sit outside also smoothie actually taste like real mangos.

Decided to stop by for an early lunch as I work a 6 minutes' drive away. The gentleman who served me was very nice. I mentioned I was lactose intolerant and he frequently checked with me to make sure certain things were okay. He seemed a bit nervous, but he was very nice. It was a bit of a wait so I'm hoping maybe I can call ahead and pick up in the future? I got the chaffle (I can handle cheddar cheese) BLT and it was very tasty. Good flavor and crunch and very satisfying.
If an order ahead option is ever implemented, I'll definitely be back.

I ordered the breakfast wrap and a hot coffee with cream and sugar. The gentleman working was wonderful, and did a great job with my order. He was very considerate, and his personality seems very genuine. He brought my order to the table I was sitting at in a reasonable amount of time, considering he made everything fresh to order. The wrap was wonderful, and I wish I took a picture of it before I scarfed it down ?. It had a great texture and a medley of flavors. The coffee was fresh and was a smooth roast. The prices are reasonable, and I plan on returning for breakfast again on my future trips to the park. Thanks again!

Yes I came here about a month ago did post something and I see it's not here so I decided to do it again I got a sandwich when I got home which is right down the street I took a picture of what I found it was a cockroach thank God it wasn't inside my sandwich but it was still in the container..... I did post this on Yelp I'm going to do it again cuz I'm sure it was taken down can you get a chance to go here I recommend don't get anything besides a unopened drink
