Nachos were stale and greasy with hardly any toppings. I ate some and didn't send them back out fear of them messing with my food- employees looked like they would. Beer wasn't cold enough. Place needs to improve. It's actually a nice set up, but lacking sanitation, and has poor quality food. The owner needs to step up. It's embarrassing. Listen to the damn reviews. They are correct.

Huge plate of nachos but half the chips were stale. Little to no cheese on it. Fish tacos were good but fries that came with were not cooked in the center (never had that experience before). Pesto flat bread was loaded with cheese and oil, very greasy. As soon as the food arrived there were 5 gnats surrounding us and our food.When I walked in and the place was empty and kitchen was dead I kind of wondered if we should go elsewhere. Honestly with it being a chain I thought it would at least meet some standards.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -I’ve never been here, took a look at the menu and thought I was holding out.Ordered steak and Alfredo. Arrived at 9:36 when my order should have been ready at 9:22.They never had my order. The bartender was extremely sorry and nice. However, I waited an additional 40 minutes for my order. I am running late for work now went to take a few bites before getting ready and the pasta is over cooked, chicken is in huge chunks and sauce is cold (confusing since this was just made).The steak was under cooked when I ordered it medium, everything was clearly thrown together. It seems as if a 12 year old cooked everything. I am so disgusted that even the mash potatoes taste gross when I’m sure they are fine. The whole experience just put a sour taste in my mouth so I can’t even attempt to take another bite.I will never come here and will never recommend anyone come here.Also patrons left because there was no one there to serve drinks. The maintenance guy is brought out my food complaining about how understaffed they are.I’m thoroughly upset and disgusted. I’ve never wasted $50 like this before.I’d rather buy a $50 scratch off and lose.

I can't rate the food this time as I only stopped in for a couple a drinks. Cool place! I just really enjoyed the atmosphere, the bartender (Melissa) was super friendly. I will go back and try the food and let you know!

A nice atmosphere to be in. The food unfortunately was a very low quality. The spinach side dish was completely rotten but cooked. The salads were slimy with rot. I would say this would be a high end "McDonald's"I would return for the atmosphere, the bar and club, but not for a meal.

Honestly... we left our food on the table and left... my burger was a frozen patty thrown on the grill while still frozen and cooked well done even though I specified medium. The wifes salad wasnt much better.. The server never came over to check on us... ever.... the bar was populated by what appeared to be depressed addicted locals. Not for me, or the wife.

First time here and it was wonderful! Our bartender Angel was an entertainment for sure!The drinks were PERFECTLY balanced and the meals were way better than anticipated!Come on down and get yourself a few drinks; you can even have a show while you're at it!Thank you for this experience will come again for sure!

Shout out to The Hook and Ladder! We celebrated my moms birthday here last weekend. The back room was the perfect space! Our host was attentive and personable, even as we ran him ragged. The food was fantastic, well presented and fresh. Everyone had a great time. Thanks for helping us celebrate ? H&L!

i don’t mind paying $20 for some wings if they’re good. but the wings here are not good the sauce was clearly prepackaged the bbq sauce tasted exactly like bottled sweet baby rays sauce and one of our wings was straight up raw. it was the last wing so i understand why they didn’t comp the meal but also like that wing was bleeding… all the did was offer more wings to us. our server was very kind but the service was SUPER slow. not her fault because she was the only employee there but maybe you should have more employees. i’m a server so i left a good tip regardless. now we are down $100 i definitely suggest going somewhere else.

There was a wonderful person that was working the bar one day when I stopped in. She was so awesome. Great food, good drinks and prices.

Dont recommend ordering food here unless its chips or fries. I never saw someone eat more than half of their plate. In my picture was all the non edible chicken so chewy and hard not fit for consumption. Menu prices appear differently on the check. I had to show the bartender that the menu showed the food was cheaper than it was on the check. I saw a review for this place that said the same thing about the prices. Very insulted. Also crack heads coming in off the street left and right. Bartender had to keep shooing them out.

A good place for a nice burger and fries. Place was empty. Burger was tasty. Fries need a bit more time in the fryer. The 1 and 2 ratings are in my opinion not accurate. It was clean, food was good and the waitress was very nice.

Parking: Plenty of on street parking.

Great beers. High quality drinks. The food is TA DIE FAWW! Visually beautiful setting.

Food was good.. we had burgers and a salad.. Prices on check however were higher than on menu.. also note, “suggested tip” was based on CT sales tax as well.. place was empty with a lousy atmosphere.. never going back… nickel and dime the customer equals “we’re goin outta business”.. so many better choices..

Parking: Street parking

Quite disappointed. Came in today around 1:30pm and there were only 2 other couples at the bar. I ordered the steak salad and my fiancé ordered a Reuben sandwich. I asked for my steak to be medium and it came out close to well done, and I thought they forgot the avocado on the salad, but the avocado was just as brown as the steak so I couldn’t notice it, and then they didn’t have the dressing that came with the salad. I went to try one of my fiancé fries and then weren’t even cooked. As there was nobody else in the restaurant I don’t think there’s and excuse for such poor quality. The cooks were up in the front of the restaurants talking on their phones and sitting at the table socializing. I felt bad for the bartender. A waste of $48 dollars. Do not recommend, wish we had read the reviews prior to going.
