I was just in this dunkin, and I spilled my drink, and the staff was so lovely to me. The two ladies were so nice about it, even though I was so embarrassed and they remade my drink. Thank you so much for being nice about it. I would definitely visit this dunkin again.

Hands down the worst Dunkin around, the service is incredibly slow, and orders r wrong all the time! Not to mention I placed an order 20mins before arriving... Arrived they don't have my order. Said they never got it....showed them the order on my phone and they still wouldn't make it. So I said fine just ring me up again I'm late and was getting my daughter something before school.... Tell me how the girl still manages to give me the wrong donut. Get better employees! this place was wayyy better 1.5yrs ago! Oh and the women handling the window orders can at least extend her arm to make it easier to grab the orders from the window.

Came through Nov 9, around 5 ish.. received this.. and im so disappointed.. nightshift, what is this??.. Frequently stop here in the mornings for the exact same thing and it NOT ONCE, has ever looked like this. Staff is amazing and service is great! Food is ALWAYS accurate.. But this.. was not a good experience..

Really bummed out with the service … went for a bagel and tea at 7. The lady at the register said she turned the toaster off and couldn’t make a bagel. No one was there place was empty… They close at 9 from what Google says … disappointing… didn’t realize it took so much to toast a bagel. Very odd.

Standing in line for quite a while this morning for coffee. One employee left her desk and approached me to take my order. At the same second she received a loud admonishment from another employee for coming up to me. It was very frustrating to witness such a disrespectful attitude in a team. It would have been much more favorable to thank the employee who volunteered to take my order for trying to do a good job and being so considerate. Not yell at the whole coffee shop!
I will definitely not come here again because of the unfriendly atmosphere.

I bought 2 ham and cheese croissants this morning and they weren't completely warm, they were mostly cold. Will never order food from there again.
