I never leave bad reviews, this is after experiencing this issue on multiple occasions. Their donuts and bagels are always stale! Doesn't matter time of day, could be 10am and they are definitely 1-2 day old and hard as a rock.

Weekends are a disaster! One kid messes up everything and the other workers have to cover up for him. Ordered ahead and then waited over 10 mins for a simple hot coffee. Never got it. I won’t be back, there’s a Starbucks right next door go there. Embarrassing.

I've ordered there a couple times and hit or miss with the food. But this time I did a mobile order pickup and the machines were down. the high schoolers working there didn't know how to get me a refund or cancel the order and then their friends not working, just hanging out were yelling extremely inappropriate things without the workers telling them to stop in front of customers

I stoped to get my afternoon iced coffee. Waited at the speaker for a few minutes, four cars pulled in behind me. No answer to the point I drove up to the window. I hear employees yelling and swearing but no one is coming to the window. I reach up and knock on the window. A young lady comes to tell me the registers are down and she is calling a manager. I wait five more minutes at the window. Young lady comes to tell me it's all fixed. I say great I will take a large iced coffee. She tells me to go get in line, I look at her puzzled and she explains I need to drive around the store and get back in line. My response was nope I guess I am all set thanks any way. Some one needs to teach their employees how to run the store this is unacceptable and they need to be taught how to run things even in the event of equipment failure!!

I never miss a day of Dunkin’ & This Dunkin’ is the only one i will go to. The staff is like family. Richard, Crystal, & the gang always have a smile on their face and make the experience the best.

I think his name is Richard. Every time I come to this Dunkin he and the lady at the drive thru window have the worst attitudes. Every time I try to activate my offers on my Dunkin page he rolls his eyes and ignores me when I ask him questions as to what he’s doing with my phone when he grabs it out of my hand, instead of simply showing how to make the process easier. And the majority of the time my order is completely wrong anyway. Worst Dunkin.

I’m here most mornings and my order is always ready for me with a smile from the team when I walk in - can’t recommend this location highly enough - staff is fantastic.

This Dunkin is very unprofessional. The employees are constantly inviting friends in, and doing inappropriate activities while working. For instance driving around the parking lot during shifts, and talking bad about customers. As well as this bad behavior, they never communicate to customers when their online order is sold out. If I hadn’t asked about it I would’ve walked out paying for food I didn’t get. Also the wait for food can take a very long time, and the employees often forget about orders. All of these examples have happened multiple times with multiple employees. On the other hand the food is fine, occasionally a bad batch, but that is no excuse. I can’t stress to you enough, do not eat here unless you are ready for an immature service experience.

Typical wait in the drive thru is about 20+ minutes, so expect to be late. They reel you in because you can’t see the length of the drive thru line until you get into the line, and then there is no way to turn out of it, so you’re stuck no matter what. Basically, if you see 2 cars or more in the drive thru, expect to sit there for at least 20 minutes. The orders are always correct, but sometimes the coffee is cold. Bad location overall.

By far the slowest dunkin donuts I've ever had to deal with... 2 cars in front of me avg 15 minutes
