Have always been pleased with this Starbucks in terms of friendliness and quality of the drinks.
I no longer drink coffee due to it causing health problems for me. However, I love a Pink Drink and London Fog. I often add a lot of customizations and at times can question if I really got the number of scoops of strawberries I asked and paid for. Granted ive never gone back in to inquire. If I did id have no doubt they'd make it right.

I prefer dunkin, but when I came to this Starbucks at New Fairfield, he made me re-think my decisions for attending Starbucks in the future. This very kind gentleman deserves a raise and a promotion.

Decent amount of seating inside. They just updated this location so the mobile order pickup is much easier. Staff is great everyone is super nice. Good sized parking area. They update the order status in the app so you know when your order is ready and you don’t have to wait around. One of the better Starbucks in this area

This Starbucks used to be a really great place for people to gather in a town without places like that. Now, it’s just a place to grab a drink and leave. They totally ruined the seating to the point that it’s physically uncomfortable to sit and there are very few seats. There’s more real estate for the Starbucks reusable cups than seating for the customers now. Every time I go there the few seats are 100% full and everyone seems super crammed. Really disappointed with this renovation, and won’t be going here as often since I used to use Starbucks as a second working location. Big bummer!

Renovated recently, to get you in spend your money and get out. No room for customers to sit comfortably any more. You barely have room to wait for your coffee. However they made sure to put a huge display down the middle of the store for you to buy their products. Once again greed before customer service. We have to stand up as consumers against companies like this. It's ashame because I like their coffee. Seating areas are tight, on top of each other, COVID CITY.
