Despite the negative reviews, I see a lot of potential in YOYO Tea and Sweets! I visited for the first time on a Wednesday evening, and it appeared to be clean and well-maintained. The staff showed me the menu and helped me figure out which drink to order, as I was looking for non-dairy options! She said they’re able to make any milk tea with non-dairy milk, which was great news. I got the Sakura oolong milk tea with 70% sugar (perfect amount) and bubbles. It took 2-3 minutes to be prepared— the tea pleasantly surprised me, since I didn’t know what to expect for the sakura flavor. It is a very subtle floral flavor, and is mostly an oolong tea latte, which is why I’ve ranked it at 4 stars. Though, the bubbles were small and very soft, which leveled up the drink. I’d rank this one of the top bubble tea places in the New Fairfield-Danbury-Bethel areas.

The staff was quite rude to me not very kind people. Everyone must have had a terrible case of the Mondays because not one person smiled at me. Dismissive and slow workers. Very upsetting and mediocre tea at best. Not satisfied. On top of that they push horrible diet ideals and foods on to teenagers which I find just terrible. That is unacceptable and frankly immoral. I wish I could give zero stars I’m quite disappointed in this place.

These people are so rude. They touched daughters hair said to her her if you eat this, you’ll lose weight. Always tries to pressure you into buying other items. Sits down with you. Ask personal questions , about your personal business. She even touched. My daughters scars, Asking what happened. They’re just so weird and horrible. Not professional at all. Made young adults feel very uncomfortable.

This place is absolutely horrible. There's a lady who just keeps wanting you to buy things...Pressures You, touches you, and Sits down with you. Even asks you about your personal life/business! which is incredibly weird. She even called my best friend fat, and it was absolutely horrible. Even started touching her hair and touching my scars which hurt by the way! I do not recommend this place to anyone! The Boba itself is good, but the people in there are incredibly disrespectful, and just so inhumane! I do not recommend this place to anyone, so don't go there! Also, inside the place The decor is absolutely horrible. It looks like a little kid decorated it, And it's so dead in there. No one goes to this place.

Got so excited to see a Bubble Tea shop in New Fairfield! And let me say, it did not disappoint. The lady behind the counter was so sweet and kind. She put such care and artistry into making the 3 drinks we ordered. You can really tell from each sip the freshness of the ingredients used and the quality of their products. The place was so clean and inviting. Will be stoping by again! Thank you for a lovely experience! ☺️🧋

Great little place and an asset to the town. The owners/staff are so sweet and helpful, and the boba is delicious. The chairs are so comfortable and it’s nice to spend some time here just enjoying the atmosphere.
